No hot tub, no cold water shower head water nasty, manager wiped it down and promised the next day they will put a new shower head which lied. Breakfast was ok could be better like sunny side up eggs, more variety of milk. People were smoking inside, when there are signs saying it smoke free hotel… over priced

The location was great for our needs. We didn't have to drive all through town to get there and we could get right back on the road after breakfast. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean.

We wished that there were some complimentary tea bags and coco packets offered in the breakfast area. We saw that we could buy some in the market, but thought those should have been part of the breakfast spread.

They were very accommodating.

I was actually disappointed in YOUR company. It was NOT the hotel in any way. They worked very hard to make sure we were happy. Considering they closed their bookings an hour before YOU booked us, they did not have the room you booked for us. They had 1 room left which was a king suite. They were nice enough to give us that room. They had to call multiple people to tell them that rooms were booked that were not available. I'm so grateful for their kindness. My satisfaction with your company however is in question. I would hope that you would take this information and use it to better your company. Many were left without rooms in a city that was booked solid.

Clean and very comfortable bedding! Only one suggestion was to refresh the drapes due to extra wear on the darkening drape. It allowed light to come in from the street lights. The front desk lady was extremely kind and said she’d let housekeeping know of the issue. Very friendly and clean atmosphere!

Everything very clean,smells good clean area clean room showers beds refrigerator also very clean great size for refrigerator as well !! Really enjoyed my stay & Customers Services& Especially My front Desk Experience with Ms.Maquita for all of wonderful service help and care

No complaint besides burger pool & hot tub needs to be included is all but still was good for the job in need

the staff was excellent from the front desk operators to the breakfast area attendant to housekeeping. they were friendly and professional. accommodating and kind.

the shower floor had a 6 inch damage were it was torn.

I had to request toilet paper upon arrival. Also, when you book rooms with them, they are unable to book two rooms on the same transaction! Wow! So inconvenient! 😯

Did not use facilty. Food selection was limited. Would have enjoyed eggs, sausage or bacon, toast or biscuit, and gravy. Mexicans food is good however not every guest can eat Mexican food.

Need more Disability parking. Desk clerk needs to read info of the guest booking request. I requested a 2 Second floor room near the elevator. Was assigned a 1floor room. Clerk changed the floor but assigned us to a room at the end of the corridor. Both my wife and I have walking disabilities. We are in our 80,s.

The staff was very very kind. The access was easy. the parking lot was safe and we left some luggages in our car . I really recommand this place .
