Comfortable stay. Good location, near market (next door), gas station and restaurants. Breakfast has hot and cold options similar to motels in this category. Front desk staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Some minor touchups/dusting the carpet strips and behind the furniture would be nice. The only issue was the noise from the refrigerator. It wasn't constant which made it more frustrating when it started rumbling in the middle of the night. I had to refrigerate food so I couldn't just unplug it. I forgot to report it when I checked out but I'm pretty sure that wasn't the first time because the refrigerator looked dated and the temperature control was inoperable. Plus need a towel bar by the sink. The three hooks, sans a closet and hangers, just wasn't enough. I may consider staying again if in the area due to location, accessibility to stores and staff was nice. But a little more cleaning to details, inspect the refrigerators and a towel bar would make this truly an "Excellent Inn."

Free hot breakfast. Comfy bed. Good price. Great service. It's an older but updated hotel. Our king room was really nice. They changed out our towels with just a 2 night stay and provided more soap. We didn"t need this service, but it was nice because I seldom see this anymore.

Thin towels, but they provided 3 for the 2 of us-and they changed them out after our first night. Location was ok, but not scenic-wouldn't stay more than a night or 2 because of that. I felt safe there, but it wasn't in historic downtown--about 10 minute drive away, so that's not bad.

The breakfast was nice with different choices. The location was quiet and comfortable enough for the price. I would stay there again, if the need arises.

I guess I'm easy to please, because I have no issues to complain about. The accommodations matched the price I paid, and I have stayed at many hotels over the years.

Have stayed here before and was as expected. Nice and clean room. Great location. Great staff. Will probably stay again if need a place while visiting Natchez.

I hate to say this but, the check- in guy could've been a little friendlier or welcoming. Like the crew was the first time we stayed there. They were exceptional.

Very clean room and you could tell that the owners have put some Mo way I tot he property to update the rooms

The rate was a little high. I paid the same for this hotel than I did for the Natchez Grand hotel on the river. I feel if the prices were dropped a little they could increase traffic

I LOVED LOVED the night staff!! I think her name was Michelle and when I say this lady was so kind and helpful, she made my stay exceptional. The trip itself was ok but the hotel and Michelle ( sorry if I forgot her name) were wonderful. 10/10 would recommend

I liked that there were stores and places to get a bite to eat nearby just was in a great location a little loud at times but overall it's a good place to stay I would recommend it to anyone to stay here

Maybe if the toilet seat was not missing a bolt and the heater was working a little bit better

The staff was so sweet, me and my son enjoyed the breakfast and playing in the beautiful mirror in the room. Great place to stay if your look for a warm bed and good breakfast ❤️.

The TV Wasn't really working, and no wifi what's so ever. And the mini fridge wasn't even plugged up.

Everything was clean and neat. No complaints about staffing either. Everyone we encountered were nice.

The bathroom door needs to be fixed. It doesn't shut and lock well in the room we were in which was 605, but other than that everything else was great.

Very clean and very comfortable. Very safe. Exceptionally good price.

One room had an uncomfortable bed but that is out of 4 different stays. So not bad.
