We like the location, my husband and I did walks in the morning and walked in the evening. The neighbors were very friendly and the grounds were nice , it's just been so hot but with all the crepe myrtle trees along the road it was very shady. The staff was very friendly, Mrs Juanita, Mrs Mary, Ms Nella, Ms shonda they were very friendly, and pleasant they all didn't mind talking with you. The breakfast is awesome in the mornings. The owner is very friendly as well, he greeted each and every couple or family that stayed there. He spok with each couple and family, he really took his time out.The tour of the house was awesome, Babe the family pet is very precious, when my husband went swimming and drove in the pool she's like a little lifeguard She barks and make sure you're oka Very quiet at night very private.
The new TVs that they put in the room can be put in another location on the wall that's just my opinion. Besides that it wasn't nothing not to like.

The house was absolutely stunning in beautiful gardens. The rooms are quirky, spotlessly clean and unique and the beds so comfortable. We were given a tour of the house after breakfast giving us the history of the house. The breakfast was home cooked and delicious. All the staff and the owner were friendly and helpful going well above board to make sure we had the best stay. I can highly recommend this gem.

The breakfast was very well prepared and served (to date, all our breakfasts had been buffet style - this was more formal). The accomodations were extremely comfortable, and it was a beautiful setting. The staff was so very accommodating, and we greatly appreciated them all. We also appreciated the tour of this old house that has been so well maintained.
We enjoyed walking around, although our B&B was a bit of a distance from the downtown area. We had emailed the B&B several weeks before we arrived, asking if they could recommend a restaurant we could (as we were there New Year's Eve), but unfortunately they must not have seen our email, as we never received a reply.

Lovely property with a friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Even had a gentleman playing the piano during our meal, it was delightful! Will definitely be back again!
Not sure if the location is super safe, but then again where is? We heard a gunshot while we were waiting for our uber to arrive which made us a little uncomfortable but who knows… could have been someone killing a snake lol!

Everything. The house was furnished in period pieces and by gardens and mature trees that gave a sense of space and privacy. The staff were warm and welcoming and added to the ambiance. The owner was also very hospitable and checked on us from time to time. Altogether, a perfect base for our exploration of Natchez and its friendly residents.

Lovely Staff, nice breakfast freshly made for you. Nice pool and comfortable rooms
Breakfast at 8:30 sharp. As there are only 5 rental rooms (and we had 4) I felt they could have been a little more flexible. There isn't a lot to do in Natchez, not the fault of the property though.

A wonderful antebellum mansion, The Burn only has four rooms to let, so you are a really a paying guest in a private mansion. The owner and some staff live there. Breakfast is served on the dot of 8.30, and it was memorable for being accompanied by piano playing. There is a swimming pool, and this was most welcome after driving from Memphis over the previous two days.
Nothing!

The people were friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a glass of sangria. A delicious breakfast was served in a beautiful room. We were given a lovely tour of the home after breakfast. We walked into town through quiet streets lined with historic homes and trees and flowers in bloom.

We enjoyed the beautiful property as well as the food and atmosphere at breakfast. We enjoyed the southern hospitality from the staff. A talented man serenaded the guests at breakfast with various show tunes and classical music as well as a rendition of Happy Birthday for some guests who had come there to celebrate. We don’t know if that was the norm there but we certainly enjoyed it. The owner stopped by the breakfast area after we had finished eating, he was very personable we enjoyed speaking with him.
