I didnt eat anything except a cinnamon bun with coffee. I really liked the young lady who helped me check in. I believe her name was Felisha. It was Saturday afternoon. A large bus had just arrived and I was first in line to check in but since I am handicapped it was difficult to stand there long enough to complete it. She allowed my son to take me to my room and come back to finish registering. The crowd from the bus almost knocked me over so I was very grateful to have been given that courtesy.

The carpet in Room 116 needs sto be replaced. It has tears and ripples in it making it easy to trip or fall.

The property was nice. Every staff member we meet was super nice and helpful. I really liked the breakfast. We were there during a school State competition so the hotel was fully booked and they were refilling the breakfast surprisingly fast. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect!

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 was the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Nothing too bad, just finger prints on the doors and microwave and the carpet could use a good cleaning. But I do understand that they were fully booked so I’m sure they were in a rush to get all the rooms ready.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient. It was pet friendly.

The food wasn't very good. Plugs for electronics are needed in the rooms. A designated pet area with waste receptacle would be nice, and more information available about the area.

The Customer Satisfaction was Amazing. All of our requests were granted, and breakfast was Amazing as well. We really enjoyed the 'Pancake Maker.' We will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for your service!

Staff was helpful and friendly.

Room had an odor in it, but everything else was good. I paid for room when I booked, and they charged me again when I checked out so that was some inconvenience for me because now I have to wait days to receive a refund.

Excellent location to downtown and sites. Rooms were large and roomy. Beds were comfy. Rooms could use some updating.

Rooms could use some updating. Bathrooms were nice size but didn’t sparkle.

The location was great, the hotel was clean and neat, the staff was very friendly and pleasant.

There was no trash can in the main area. It was only a small trash can in the bathroom.

The hotel was appointed and appeared well care cared for. My room was very large, and very clean and orderly with all necessary components. When I arized the water was not working, so I called the desk and was told there was some being dorm involving water leakage and it would be repaired shortly. As promised within ten minutes I had working water, so no issue.

I booked thorgh booking.dot coms for Friday and Saturday nights. On Friday morning I got all which necessidated me to not stay on Saturday, so I went to desk about 9:00 a.m. Sat and explained. The on duty manager explained she woudl contidate my Saturday stay but I would need to call Booking.com to iinitiate getting a cedit back to my AMEX card for the Saturday night stay. I called Books.com, talked to an agent, who promosed to call me back, but this has not occured. I would like to hear from them soon telling me I had a credit coming to AMEX.... As far as I could itern, this was not an issue on the part of the hotel staff but an issue with the Booking team.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and The staff was very friendly.

The pool didn't work. No pancakes and no almond milk lol.

My air conditioning went out over night. Once I brought it to their attention. They fixed it with no problem.
