Staff was welcoming and nice. Room was clear and large. Location is great, right next to the north entrance to the NP, close to restaurants, bars, shops and grocery store. There is also a place nearby that rents bear spray. Parking was always available, although it gets busy at night. Loved the large room and space available in the room. Recommended for those visiting Yellowstone. Also plenty of wildlife already in the parking lot (elks primarily)

Could not leave the bags before checkin time (was told there was no space left). This is something to consider if you have valuables in your luggage and want to time your arrival to the facility properly to avoid leaving stuff in the car inside the park (which, by the way, felt very safe even if the bags were inside). We were probably unlucky as we arrived late at approx. 12pm and everyone already left their bags at checkout that morning.

The staff were great. The restaurant food was very good. The 3rd floor room was very quiet. It was nice to have an elevator. The ceiling fans in the rooms were very nice to have and we didn't have to run the AC too much.

We stayed two nights in two different double queen rooms. The beds were pretty comfortable but the pillows were very full - we would have preferred at least one flatter pillow. Both the shower and the toilet in the second room made loud whistling noises. I understand that it's Gardiner and their season is short, but their prices seem pretty excessive for rooms that aren't extraordinarily nice. The amenities are fairly standard for a 3 star motel.

Very convenient to the entrance of Yellowstone. Probably one of the best hotels in the area. Was happy they had laundry service since we were on a long trip. Restaurant/bar on site was good. Front staff Thad & Pa super nice and helpful. Nice having fridge and microwave, we could do quick breakfast in room and made sandwiches to take to park every morning for lunch.

Breakfast was just pastries and drinks, not good for a diabetic. And if you wanted actual breakfast only thing they offered was microwave stuff for a fee. Need a better selection as most places in town don't open until later and is inconvenient when you want to go into the park early. Luckily rooms have fridge and micro so we went to store and got some items.

The proximity to yellowstone entrance. Staying on the north side reduced the traffic. The facility set-up was very efficient including the breakfast foods, endless ice water and coffee, access to microwave and dining area and the "pub"/Cafe was a major asset. The laundry room was utilized and the motiff fit the area and was clean and quiet with adequate parking for all. The staff were so attentive and we enjoyed our con- versations with "Pop" and "Scott".

Not one thing ! We even had elk welcome us in on our arrival.

Comfortable and spacious; usual hotel amenities. Were able to do laundry. Good location for visiting Yellowstone park.

They have a pub where you can get dinner. I'd recommend neither the food nor the service. For breakfast, go to the Tumbleweed. For nicely cooked food in general, try the Wonderland. Found Gardiner really lacking food options; everywhere seemed to offer basically hamburguers.

Location for adventuring in Yellowstone National Park is ideal. Large room with fridge and microwave. Located on corner and top floor with amazing view of snow capped mountains. Convenient car parking in a large car park right below our two large windows. Good breakfast offering of fresh pastries and coffee/ tea.

First night with an uncomfortable and broken mattress. Was remedied the next day with a new mattress which was just perfect! Staff were great and helpful with this issue and any other queries we had.

The property was well maintained, room comfortable, bed wonderfully comfortable! Small dining/bar area upstairs. Not a large selection of choices but decent food. We were close to the end of the breakfast time so I can’t say what all was served early, however there were some muffins and pastries left and the muffin was fresh and tasty. The coffee as hot and fresh!

I realize that early May is still really cold in Montana. However, the building was very warm. The hallways and the rooms also.

The hotel was really pleasant with a countryside decor, wooden furniture and wildlife hanging from the walls in the lobby. The gentleman in the reception was wonderful, gave us some interesting information about the park. The staff was very accommodating, the location was good, towards the end of the road in town. There is a laundry room, coin operated.

The breakfast is very simple with coffee and sweet pastries, but there’s a great supermarket almost across the street.

Amenities in our suite were exceptional. All the extras make up mirror, hair dryer, ceiling fan, microwave, fridge coffee maker, all were great.

The reason we booked here originally is because they served a full breakfast. They discontinued this, opting for continental breakfast which was ok, but full breakfast is needed if you’re going into the parks. They did email us to inform us of the change, but it was still disappointing.

Spacious room, very clean, quiet area, snack and coffee for free breakfast included, parking in front, nice staff in reception. Good option to reach the Mammoth Hot Springs from outside the park. Air conditioning and good price for quality (for what you can find in the area).

The restaurant in the hotel had almost none vegetarian option, which makes you have to leave the hotel to eat. It is just when the village is ending, so you have to drive to get to the "center".
