The staff was very helpful in attaining additional pillows and new top covers, answered questions, and were friendly. The bed was one of the most comfortable motel beds I have slept in and the room was a good size. They were pet friendly and there was no weight limit for our dog, unlike some other motels that were only pet friendly if your dog was under 20lbs. For a motel room, the room was quite, and there was plenty of hot water.

The top bed spread on the bed had drips and crusty stuff on it. There was still poop on the underside of the toilet seat, and a sticky spot on the carpet. The first day the breakfast room was a little understocked and messy, but this may have been due to some group having gotten there before us. The second day the breakfast room was much cleaner and better stocked.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel was in an excellent location. The hotel staff was very pleasant and professional.

The room was too warm. We could get it to cool down. There were a few minor things that needed repair. The staff took care of those issues right away. The ice machine put out a lot of heat, which made the hallway too warm.

Clean and had a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Did not know that I prepaid for my room 4 months ago on Booking.com. I had to wait around until someone else helped him figure out that I did indeed prepay for my room. Things like this should show up automatically. Towels were rough.

hire someone to do the landscaping, it distracts the exterior and curb appeal. The lawn was terrible looking, front doors are rusted and crusty looking.

Just an overnight stay from after supper till the morning and had no issues. I'll stay again.

Little pricey but I'm noticing prices are up everywhere since last year. Guess it's to be expected.

Continental breakfast was laid out nicely. Coffee and a pastry and yogurt. Very spacious room.

Everything inside the room and lobby and breakfast room and halls and elevator was top notch. The outside could do with some sprucing up.

Great shower, comfortable beds, large room, fridge and microwave. Rooms were very clean. TV had full range of channels. No complaints about the comfort of our stay.

No breakfast as advertised (Covid) but the Perkin’s Restaurant across the road had a delicious breakfast and gave a 15% discount for guests of the Quality Inn. The outside of the building isn’t stellar but everything else was just fine.

I loved the staff and how welcoming they were for my two month stay. always so helpful and kind.

The room was clean and newly updated. The bed was comfortable.

The staff was nice but there seemed to be people/family/significant other that were just hanging around, not professional. The person behind the desk was out front smoking when I arrived and had to wait, he saw me enter the building.

Convenient location; clean; larger room; pet friendly, breakfast.

It is what we expected for a one night rest stop.
