Our kids loved the waterslides!! Definitely upped the fun of this hotel stay and made it memorable for them. Even though we were in Kearney just to drive through, the pool area helped make it seem like a destination spot. They spent hours at the pool and really enjoyed it. We stayed here on the way from Minnesota to Colorado. It was a good location to stop. Breakfast was okay - eggs were okay, it was a little carb heavy, and they had French toast instead of a waffle or pancake maker (the kids had gotten used to these at the hotels). Minor details and we appreciated the fact that breakfast was available.

Room had a little bit of a musty smell, which I'm guessing came from the fact it was in the pool wing and may not be able to be avoided.

We absolutely loved the pool area. My kids had a blast and for the price being the same as any other hotel and having this amenity, I would choose this hotel just for that purpose with having kids. The beds were comfortable, pillows were a little lumpy. We didnt stay long enough for anything else. There are some great restaurants nearby as well which is convenient. The staff was nice amd friendly. We isn't get to try any food at the hotel or do anything else.

My shampoo head was broken so I couldnt use it. I will say i did not call down to the front desk to let them know so that isn't their fault really. The pillows could be better, a little lumpy. The bathroom is really small so the door hits you almost while trying to get out of the bathroom.

The breakfast was excellent. It was great having the restaurant in the hotel and getting free kids meals made the restaurant worth it. If we were dining alone it would have been rather expensive but the food was pretty good. The pool was great for the kids to play in after a long day in the car. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The blackout curtains were a nice bonus! The ice cream on site was also a nice touch! And the staff was all very friendly and helpful! Being right off the highway and next to a gas station makes it a perfect stop on a road trip.

Some things were expensive for the value and the restaurant adult food was good but expensive. But I don't think that is necessarily on the hotel. The room wouldn't get cooler than 71 which is a bit warm for us to sleep but it was a really hot summer day. The sleeper sofa was pretty uncomfortable, however, the kiddos were fine on it. But an adult or older child might be too uncomfortable.

The pool area was wonderful for my daughter and we enjoyed it as well. The room was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. The restaurant was great to have inside the hotel. It's definitely a must to book here again for our next stay either when passing through or staying for a few days.

Very nice and clean

I asked 2 people at the front counter where Fort Kearney was and they didn't;t have a clue. It was only 5 miles from the hotel. I couldn’t understand how the people who lived in the city had no clue how their city was founded by the Oregon Trail. And its not even a big city

The rooms were nice, kids had fun at the pool, water slides, arcade and fitness center.

The chemical levels in the swimming area were way to high kids were complaining about even being able to see because there eyes were burning so bad and the Continental breakfast was not very good and there wasn't much for choices for the kids to eat or even drink for as much as people pay should be a little better in my opinion.

Pool, room, location, availability

Kiddy pool was closed. If we arrived earlier than 6pm and wanted to go back in the am, it would have been a deal breaker for us, having a toddler. Where can you advertise that the kiddy pool was out of commission?

It was the best! A buffet with real eggs! Fresh fruit, a galore of options.

There were a lot of people, so maybe staying open an hour later could have accommodated better.

The breakfast was a grab n go bag meal to take back to your room. I prefer a buffet sit down arrangement. We requested a king room with an adjoining double queen. We got adjoining rooms, both double queens but it all worked out. The pool area was great. The kids loved it!

The hotel is in a good location and is very well taken care of. Our room was really nice. Pool area is great for kids and adults. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Staff— A+
