I requested a crib. I got the it was clean the room the beds the crib. I love there was a fridge. I also loved how I felt safe. The employees were nice and helpful. Tried their best to accommodate us.

Everything was amazing was just highly disappointed that there was no breakfast and there was no pool. That was the main reason I had chose that location was for a nice weekend getaway with my children to go swimming because we were there for wrestling and would’ve been awesome to relax in a pool after the two hour trip plus a full day of wrestling tournaments. The no breakfast also was not mentioned. The state should’ve been more of a $60 stay and then the night we checked in. In my hallway, it reeked like marijuana throughout the halls. I’m not against marijuana, but I don’t like that around my kids. Also, there was no coffee machine in my room, which is room 1010. I highly need coffee in the morning, especially for an unprepared full on day of activities.

I needed to take a class online before check-in time and the hostess was more then happy to let me find a place of comfort in order to sit and take my class. I was so comfortable and it was a spacious area. When I checked in and found my room I was pleasantly surprised by how roomy and spacious the room with a Queen size bed was.

There was no place to walk the dog that wasn't full of stickers and grass that hurt my dogs paws because it was to dry and weedy. The section I stayed in, did have a neighbor business that had nice grass and I do pick up after my pet.

The beds were amazing and since we stayed four nights, our sleep comfort was extremely important. It was easy to see the hotel was once or may still be used for big events and yet was easy to get from one area to the next. (I.e. from our room on the opposite side of the hotel to the breakfast or front lobby area) The staff member that stood out the most was Carlos, the chef who made omelette's each morning and took care of everything else for our breakfast. He made our stay memorable. He was amazing!

The hotel could have given Carlos some help on the weekend when the breakfast area was swamped. Carlos still took care of everyone in an extraordinary way, but we felt sorry for him.

Bathroom remodel : left holes around the paper holder, unpainted near shower, vent on 2 different surfaces, no fan

it was easy to get to and was close to other things we where going to do

the property was very run down when given are room went to room and some one was still in the room. went to desk and was give a double room and we had booked a long suite. and was took not extra charge. but we paid for a king room and got to double beds. we did not need two doubles or we would have booked them. said had hot tub but it was a kids wadding pool witch was so cold we froze. and there where two party’s at the hotel and they stayed at hotel and where quite loud drinking all night in court yard area. but last we where not able to secure are room because we where on the ground floor and the window in are room did not lock and any one could open from outside and just come on in.

Staff was friendly and easily fixed an issue I had. Breakfast was good. The guy who did the breakfast was awesome. The poolside room was nice.

The pool was super cold. Shower heads are mounted low, so someone taller has 2 crouch down to wash hair.

Breakfast isn’t free but honestly so good. Literally real eggs and you watch them cook it made to order. Room was great. Pool was open and fun

The hotel was quite fancy with nice rooms, friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast!

It took a while for us to get into our hotel room because the batteries in the door were going out and the manager had to come swap them out, but he was apologetic and helpful.

The room was large and comfortable. The bed was good, the water pressure was good. Breakfast was fantastic - freshly made omelettes! The chef was great & very friendly. We decided to extend out stay another night. There were lots of towels. The pool looked amazing - I’m sure it would be a great place to take the kids. The room was clean. The cleaning staff was working non stop - it is a huge hotel. The staff was very friendly.

I paid more for my second night than my first. I guess that was the difference between using booking and the hotel direct.

The bed was very comfortable with nice covers and pillows. The bathroom was large and the shower head was super. The breakfast omelet was good. Short drive from I-80. Very nice TV and good channels. Large and clear with good sound.

Not all facilities were open. Radio didn't work. Bathroom heat lamp etc didn't work. AC worked fine but was a little too noisy
