Charming, historic property, outstanding staff throughout, great location, nearby Underground station. The old sash window opens, too! The downstairs breakfast is a treat, don't miss that.

Wow, it is a challenge to think about what I didn't like! I guess I didn't like the "door ajar" audible alarm on the room door. That's inconsiderate for neighboring guests. The room and bathroom are really small but we expected that and didn't mind.

Temperature was perfect, not too cool or hot. Bed was pleasantly comfortable. Continental breakfast was minimal but acceptable, as that's usually not the main reason for renting a motel room. Price quite competitive compared to the area motels. Great cancellation policy.

Very few power outlets (for phone chargers; only one-behind the bed). Door slightly off from frame-had to lift the door to get the deadbolt to engage.

Nice and comfortable bed, good water pressure, fridge and microwave in room. Reasonably clean! Older property, fun to see the old fashioned built in 'do not disturb' signs on the door.

Room was really hot when arrived, but A/C cooled it down quickly. Disappointed that pool appears to be permanently closed. Please add an outlet strip or extension cord near the bed, there was no place to charge my phone overnight without moving the bed and unplugging a lamp.

The cleanliness, overall, for me was the best part. The breakfast was terrible, but the cleanliness of the facility, and the friendliness of the staff made up for it.

Had to wait as the lady there did not speak English and the proprietor was at the airport waiting for a delayed flight of a relative

the staff was excellent, the location was good and we were pleasantly surprised with the condition of the room. the room included a fridge and microwave which was nice as well.

The only thing that we would improve are the pillows. there were 4 on a king sized bed but all of them were flat as soon as you laid your head down and even stacking or folding them didn’t provide enough support.

Location was close to interstate and the convention center. Room was clean and quiet. I was able to part right outside the room. Breakfast was continental and what you would expect. Staff was friendly and the room was freshened up while I was away.

I arrived absolutely exhausted! I was pleased to find the room & bathroom clean and the bed comfortable. The air conditioning lulled me to sleep and I slept so good! I was very grateful!

The bathroom was a little dated, but I was clean.

The owner was very friendly it had an entrance from the outside of the building directly into the room and an entrance from inside the hotel also

Hot and cold water was mixed up on sink not a big deal to me
