The location was perfect for what we had planned. Laundry personnel respected our do not disturb sign yet asked if we needed anything while we were in the hall. We appreciated having fast food places so close. Room was a comfortable setting and appreciated having 2 chairs in our room. Maybe one more chair could have made it more comfortable.

The temperature control. Room seemed to remain dampish throughout our stay. Air conditioning should pull moisture out and it seemed to get worse the longer we stayed. We would like to have seen more variety for breakfast since you advertised deluxe breakfast on your sign outside. (eggs, bacon or sausage)

Loved the fact that the breakfast provided each morning included homemade biscuits & gravy. Not many places that we have stayed, have gone above & beyond fresh fruits. And we LOVED that they had extra pillows on each bed! About the only minus was, that the mattresses were a “ different grade “ of firm. Pretty firm, and an honorable mention goes to the sheet metal bed frame/base, lol. EVERY time one of us kicked the bed, just moving normally about the room, it let out a huge metallic crash- left us almost in tears with the laughter. You could hear random crashes all over, not disturbing but we knew we weren’t the only ones. So a plus awarded for the extra grins and cheap entertainment!

The place was quiet for a good night's sleep. It was far enough from the highway and main street for no traffic noise. The breakfast was varied enough to be satisfying. The water tasted O.K. The shampoo was good and the bed was comfortable. The heater worked well and was fairly quiet.

The room was well used and not at all attractive. It looked like it had been painted with leftover paint by non-painters. The furniture was slightly beat-up and the carpet was worn. The lighting was very poor as so many rooms are these days and would have been impossible to do any reading.

Loved the spacious room. Loved the extra plugins, so often there is not enough. I always love a good bathtub.

Really really want eggs for breakfast. The cost is so small in comparison to the total cost of the Inn. It seemed a little punitive for the pet cost, but I understand. We could have had our dog there and no one would have known or noticed. On the web, I didn't think I got an option for a queen bed. Don't know but probably would have been cheaper and we did not need a king bed.

Location is great! Right off the main road. Very near multiple restaurants, both fast food and sit down.The hotel smelled clean but there wasn't a chemical smell. The rooms were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. They were very generous with the number of pillows provided which was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was good with a good choice of options which included waffles, biscuits and gravy, pastries and muffins, cold cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee and several juice options were also offered. Also, the price was very reasonable.

The only thing I can think of is the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. That is literally the only constructive criticism I can think of. Oh, and maybe add hard boiled eggs as a breakfast protein choice.

After a long day of driving it was the perfect place for me to stop (solo woman traveler). The hotel was clean, quiet, secure, and the staff welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect. I'm picky about my mattress and pillows (princess & the pea!) and this was just right for me. I brought my own food due to a restricted diet, but did get a yogurt and fruit the next morning at the hotel breakfast. They also had biscuits and gravy and waffles, and all the usual fare. I would stay here again.

I was happy with everything. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Well, some eggs at breakfast would have been nice, but like I said, I brought my own food.

Was in for the funeral of our uncle, had to book last minute the front desk staff was awesome. The water pressure of the shower was great, same as the heat/ac. Beds were a little firmer than we care for but we still slept good. Would definitely book again. Didn't have breakfast as we didn't have time.

I got the jacuzzi suite cause I wanted to relax in tub. Loved it. Room was cheap compared to other motels/hotels. Also had breakfast. They let me have a late check out as well. Staff was very nice & helpful.

I didn’t like the fact the knob to turn on the jacuzzi was over by the window, so had to get out 3 times to turn it back on after it shut off, but I understand why they do that. Smelled a little like dogs in the hallway but wasn’t terrible.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I would definitely come back again. New Victorian is less "plush" than a Country Inn and Suites but if you're looking for a good clean room and an acceptable breakfast while saving money this is a good option. On top of that, it feels much less "McDonalds-like" than national chain hotels. The man handling front desk duty and multiple phones when I arrived around 9:30pm was friendly, helpful and a real person. I appreciate it all and will come back--with the savings I bought a solid dinner and still saved money compared to many of the competitors.

The parking lot was VERY full, but it was a busy Friday and I got a space so that's the most important thing.

The staff was all great and I love that they are welcoming to dogs. They didn't give me any trouble with my service dog as some motels have. The room was clean and didn't smell like animals. I will definitely stay again.

The kids slamming the door next to us. I didn't like that we didn't have coffee in our rooms. I really don't have any other complaints.
