The breakfast was excellent. It was great having the restaurant in the hotel and getting free kids meals made the restaurant worth it. If we were dining alone it would have been rather expensive but the food was pretty good. The pool was great for the kids to play in after a long day in the car. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The blackout curtains were a nice bonus! The ice cream on site was also a nice touch! And the staff was all very friendly and helpful! Being right off the highway and next to a gas station makes it a perfect stop on a road trip.

Some things were expensive for the value and the restaurant adult food was good but expensive. But I don't think that is necessarily on the hotel. The room wouldn't get cooler than 71 which is a bit warm for us to sleep but it was a really hot summer day. The sleeper sofa was pretty uncomfortable, however, the kiddos were fine on it. But an adult or older child might be too uncomfortable.

The rooms were nice, kids had fun at the pool, water slides, arcade and fitness center.

The chemical levels in the swimming area were way to high kids were complaining about even being able to see because there eyes were burning so bad and the Continental breakfast was not very good and there wasn't much for choices for the kids to eat or even drink for as much as people pay should be a little better in my opinion.

Pool, room, location, availability

Kiddy pool was closed. If we arrived earlier than 6pm and wanted to go back in the am, it would have been a deal breaker for us, having a toddler. Where can you advertise that the kiddy pool was out of commission?

The breakfast was a grab n go bag meal to take back to your room. I prefer a buffet sit down arrangement. We requested a king room with an adjoining double queen. We got adjoining rooms, both double queens but it all worked out. The pool area was great. The kids loved it!

It was the best! A buffet with real eggs! Fresh fruit, a galore of options.

There were a lot of people, so maybe staying open an hour later could have accommodated better.

The grab and go breakfast in the bag was thoughtful but not presented as its best in an oversized plastic grocery bag. The restaurant attached was wonderful!! Kids loved the pool and slides, adults loved the hot tub!

With the grab and go breakfast, I would ditch the fruit cup sitting in sugar and provide a bowl of fresh fruit near the coffee. Let guests know there is fresh fruit if they would like to grab something on the way. Re-package in a bag that fits the food, not an oversized plastic bag. Presentation is very important!

Our kids, ages 2 and 5, loved the water park. They could have stayed in there all day. Very clean and comfortable. Were given an upgraded room upon check-in (at no extra cost to us) since they didn't have very many reservations that night and it gave our family so much more space. That was phenomenal!

Wish they had a continental breakfast.

Everything was perfect my kids are in DI we been coming to karney the past 2 years and this was are favorite hotel we have stayed at plan on staying here next year.

Most everything. The room was easy to access, although a bit far from the pool, but they did try to rectify that. The staff was pleasant and mostly accommodating. The room was clean, the staff was pleasant and mostly helpful.

There was an issue with one of the pumps for the shower gel and even though I attempted to get help twice no one ever fixed it at least not while we were checked in. So we thankfully brought our own soap to use or we wouldn't have been able to wash our bodies. There were also issues with the on-site restaurant not being open except for dinner. We thought we paid extra for a full breakfast, but it was a cold breakfast in a bag we had to retrieve from the front desk in the morning. It was decent but idk if $150 for one night was acceptable for the services available. We also had to travel quite a distance to find ice or a vending machine. The pool was also too chlorinated, we were sick after we came home for 2 days.

Room was renovated and was very comfortable. Breakfast was poor- it was a “to go breakfast” and frankly it was terrible.

Breakfast. Especially when you pay over $200 a night.
