Very clean all over the room. Staff both at the front desk, lobby breakfast area, and cleaning crew very respectful, courteous, and friendly!

Reported the commode was not flushing correctly and water would periodically run throughout the day. A little inconvenience but I’m sure the issue was taken care of after we left. Light bulbs did not turn on: one bed night stand (window side) and the desk. Plenty of light through the window so was not an issue.

The staff did an excellent job. At checkin hotel was experiencing effects of the microsoft problem and couldn't issue individual room keys. The clerk on duty had to run up to each checkin room and unlock the doors. He did it with a smile and got plenty of steps in during our stay.

Staff was super friendly! The room I stayed in A/C wasn't working. They moved to a room and were super nice about it. All staff at the front desk were very friendly and nice. Really enjoyed my stay.

Hamton Inns are our favorite stops, Everything was just right. Quiet environment.

Walmart near bye was under construction making stay a bit noisy. Otherwise a great stay.

Breakfast was good. Beds were nice. Good water pressure and hot shower. Clean rooms. Small 4ft pool, no hot tub. Good location. Can eat close by. Front desk Good customer service.

Breakfast was good, hot, and plentiful. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained.

The room's thermostat was set on 65 degrees, and we could not get it to warm up. On a cold day, the room was cold.

Unfortunately the night desk person had a terrible odor.No one wants to have to address such a personal issue but she needs help.
