We unexpectedly arrived early and hotel was able to check us in. Looks recently renovated; the wood walls / paneling are lovely. Our 2 Queen Room was clean and smelled clean, no odors. Bedding was fresh. A/C was quiet. Plenty of towels and pillows. Refrigerator with freezer. Hot water for coffee or tea, plus 2 water bottles and a package of cookies. TV but we didn't use it so can't comment. We were able to look out window to our vehicle in the parking lot. Elevator and stairs. Quiet room (#416) despite overlooking casino area. Has an indoor pool next to casino area which I will try next time. Casino area has slight smell of cigarette smoke but was tolerable, and did not reach our room. We received a surprising $4 off per person voucher for breakfast at JT's Steakhouse on the premises.

Nothing worth mentioning.

The staff was very personable and kind. They up-graded us from standard to deluxe because the booking agent did not give us complete and correct info. (does not include bkft and Standard room is across the street).

Booking.com did said bkft was included and it only included a $4.oo off voucher. Also showed picture of the rooms being indoors at the hotel when in actuality it was across the street in a motel with the doors outside (not as safe as the doors being inside).

The ambient decor, indoor swimming pool and hot tub, and a very large room with carpet. Very friendly reception.

Instead of a good continental breakfast, as advertised, they gave us a "breakfast bag" with a greasy BobEvan's sausage sandwich. They explained that they don't offer a Buffet Breakfast due to the Covid pandemic exactly 4 years ago!! Hey folks, either charge a lower guest lodging fee or get your restaurant serving buffet style again. Everything was good at the hotel until the next morning when we were given a bagged breakfast to eat in our room or car. Also, Our bathroom was extremely cramped in a very small place with the tub and toilet in front of the door and another sink behind the door. Very small BR!

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms clean. The pool looked super inviting - but I didn't have my swimming trunks with me, so couldn't try it. Ely is the end of the world anyway, so location does not really matter...

Breakfast was not good. I understand that the restaurant is closed, and that a bag is provided. But it was terrible quality: the worst apple juice I had in my life. And only a granola bar as a veggie option, as the yogurt contained gelatine, and the burger/bagel think was with egg and meat. It is also a casino. We were a bit puzzled at first (didn't check the pictures).

Location and price. Grab bag breakfast was just right.

Bed was too soft.

The breakfast was good. All facilities were clean and comfortable.

This was the second time we stayed here and both times we did not get our request for a lower floor room even though it was obvious there were open rooms on the ground floor. I have two hip replacements, am 77 and we have a dog so going upstairs several times during our stay and carrying our luggage and dog crate as well as up and down the stairs for the dog to do its business was very difficult. We requested a lower floor room both times but never got one either time 🤨.

We have stayed here before in our travels. The room was clean. The bed was super comfortable. I like the pillows. Location is convenient and the price is right.

The heat didn’t work. It wasn’t cold so it didn’t matter at the time, but they may want to fix it. Also, the knob on the faucet was loose. It was still usable, but you had to hold it on. Neither one bothered me enough to fuss over. I was there for some sleep, and that went great.

Always nice staff, pools good

A/c is a little finicky, turned off on us many times, hot tub dial is just for show, doesn't work, there's a 13% tax not mentioned anywhere on booking so that was an extra amount when we got in that I wasn't aware of, we stayed 2 nights, never had the room serviced the whole time, you have to ask for fresh towels, cups and coffee at front desk, they have a breakfast buffet bit it's 12 dollars a person, the only free breakfast is grab bag style still

Some of the rooms are in the hotel and some are across the street in a two story motel building. I was in the motel part. The rooms are basic motel style. The beds were very comfortable; the rooms are clean; and we were given vouchers that covered most of our breakfast. We had more than the basic and the voucher covered 3/4. The food was fresh; real; made to order. I would recommend. It is next door to a good long time Mexican restaurant.

Very comfortable hotel for a short stop over on a long drive. The non-smoking rooms are across the street from the main hotel and are outside access rooms. The beds are SO comfortable with 4 pillows/ queen bed. All very soft with very nice bedding. The towels were also some of the softest I've ever had in a hotel. Also considering the hotel in on the highway it was very quiet with great black out curtains to block street lights. The water pressure was great but the hottest water pressure could have been hotter. Decent breakfast bag of a breakfast sandwich, granola bar, yogurt, and orange juice. Intriguing pool that is literally in the casino area. I didn't try it out but it felt very Nevada.

Everything was great but the carpets in the room were a little old and grungy feeling. The place feels a little dated as you walk in but again- so comfortable.
