- The vibes / decoration, the Caesar theme is very strong and consistent throughout the casino and the forum shops - The view from the room was great - Pablo at the check-in desk got us a room upgrade for $50 / night to a room double the size of our original booking, plus we were able to check in at 13:00 instead of 16:00 - Location is great; you can walk to all the major hotels

- It's Vegas, so everything is wildly overpriced - There was an erroneous room charge on our bill for a mini-bar item, but they removed it without issue at check-out - Wifi; there is only free wifi access for two devices per room. Not great as most people have a phone and a laptop, which makes 4 devices in a room with two people.

Great, decent sized room. Clean and spacious. Loved the bathroom.

Both check-in and check-out experience were too long. When we arrived, we waited for 30min in line to check-in... when checking out, nobody said we could do it on the TV so we ended up waiting in the line again because everyone was checking out at the same time... Also beware, they will charge you even if you only open your mini bar and look at the item... we contested the charges, but it is outrageous that this is even the case... I really did not appreciate the lady who I was talking to to explain that we did not consume a single item from the mini bar and who warned me that I will be charged double if I was lying... Also, the wifi was crappy and they closed the pool for the season so not really sure why they charge the resort fee.

The location of the property was ideal. Center of the strip. You are simply paying for the name of the hotel & I don’t think the rooms were 5-star quality. They did accommodate my mom who needed wheelchair assistance. The hotel is beautiful ! Staff was a rude and there was total chaos at the front desk. They have self-check in but the wait for the room key is insane!! Surprisingly the checkout was much easier and quicker!!

Check- in wait time was over two hours. The Ubers can only drop you off on the back side & it’s a very long walk to the front. I waited over an hour for my mom to get a wheelchair which resulted in leaving here outside to wait. I found one nice gentle men to bring me the chair. Otherwise they expected her to walk to the front to retrieve it!!

Location is amazing, walking distance to other resort/hotels. Easy transportation on main street as well as express bus to airport. Swimming pool is nice with great view. The room is big and shower is very comfortable.

Not a fan of smoking allowed environment with lot of tourism. The room we stay didn't have view. There is no sign on the table whether the water and other snack are free or not. there is no pricing list neither. During the check out, representative told us there was sensor on items on the table, and we were changed even we accidentally touch them.

Large rooms with excellent sized bathrooms

Check in - no availability to check in prior to arrival & had to pay upfront to take the chance it would be ready before 4pm. Said it would be before 4 but no guarantee. We had travelled from Australia. Have to be aware of the extra charges, that is, room charge/night & resort fee/night + mini bar costs. There is also a refundable deposit (returned within 14 days) of $US400 which travellers need to allocate. We had done this research prior. It was not disclosed when booking.

In the middle of the strip, looked nice. Had good view of the strip.

We almost got charged for things in the room we didn’t use. Everything in the room like candy, juice etc. is NOT free and has motion sensor so any little movement apparently will cause it to charge you as if you touched/grabbed/used it and that wasn’t the case for us. Ultimately we got the charges dropped however they never shouldn’t have been there in the first place.

The location of the hotel on the Las Vegas strip. The Forum Shops on premises. The food and restaurant options in the hotel. The registration staff was helpful, courteous and professional. Good and clean feel throughout the hotel. The room was very spacious.

I definitely do not like being charged the excessive resort fees, I don't mind getting charged for the internet which I used, but I did not use the fitness room and don't ever plan on using a fitness when I am on vacation and yet I had to pay for the facilities in the resort fees. The bathroom did have some paint that was starting to flake off due to possible water damage, I'm surprised it has not been touched up with each inspection at the end of each guest's stay.

We had one night to spend in Las Vegas on our trip, so we chose to stay in one of the famous casino hotels directly on Las Vegas Boulevard and selected the Caesar's Palace as we knew it from that "Friends" episode. :-) If you hadn't been there before, the experience is quite overwhelming indeed, we didn't expect the hotel to be THAT big (though I read it was very big). We payed extra for an upgrade to have a room overlooking the Bellagio fountain (which was a good decision because of the Formula 1 preparation there wasn't a chance to see the fountain directly from the street). Room was big and comfortable and fortunately didn't completely pick up the "fake Roman" theme of the casino (I liked it, but it would have been too much to have statues etc. also in the room).

Long way to carry your luggage from the parking garage to the hotel lobby, I understand the intention to lure guests through the casino though. Could be easier indeed if the floor wasn't mostly carpet. Everything else costs extra and the restaurants in the hotel are quite pricey. Not easy to find your way around, more maps would be great.

The location was perfect for us since we had tickets to see Garth Brooks at the theater. There is a decent selection of restaurants although heavily geared towards “celebrity chefs” which is reflected on the inflated prices. It is on a good spot on The Strip. Staff is friendly. Quiet rooms.

For a high end resort, I felt like I should have been offered more for the roughly $50+/night resort fee. Why just two devices for WIFI and then $14.95 for each extra device? My son alone had two devices. Also, it was nice to have a Keurig in the room but then to find out the coffee kit costs extra was a letdown. We ended up buying our coffee downstairs. I usually get these little things in three stars hotels.

Nice property, great location. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Loved having a jacuzzi bathtub in the room.

Having no in room coffee was really a disappointment. To then also put a keurig machine in the room and then only supply coffee in the $$ mini bar was a bit low class for such a nice property with such premium nightly rates. Beds were a bit uncomfortable for a higher end property like Caesars.
