I liked the automated check-in kiosk rather than having to wait in line at the registration desk. Also, appreciated the map to direct us to our room. The property is so large, we got lost several times navigating to other locations during our stay.

For the price of the room and the Harrah's standard, I thought it odd that there was no complimentary in room coffee service. Also, it was really very odd that there was no trash can in the bathroom. I've actually never stayed in a hotel where there wasn't one. My friend also commented on the same.

room was comfortable and when I needed to extend the stay it was easy to do.

the checkin person was rude and just basically lacked awareness and commonsense- She gave me the wrong room key and when i went back to her 2 minutes later she was rude to me and told me to go wait over there with no explanation - so I waited 10 minutes till the service person saw me and we finally worked it out that she wrote the wrong number for my room- when she was told she did not say sorry or even acknowledge the error. This was my first experience with the hotel so it was a little shocking to be treated like an idiot when all I wanted was to get into my room after a long flight.

Location is excellent and the room was ideal for my stay.

I didn’t like the WiFi service, just one device per person is horrible. I stayed in November at the mirage and they gave us a WiFi password for all the devices we wanted. I didn’t like to be limited when the hotel charge those extra fee where the WiFi is included. Also, didn’t like that if you want someone to clean your room is an extra charge.

Self check in was very easy once we found the kiosks. It was 2 am after a long travel day, so the ease of getting our room and keys was very helpful. The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Sphere. It was a short easy walk or tram ride to anywhere we wanted to go. The price was very reasonable and the room was comfortable and clean.

I struggled with the smoky atmosphere in the casino area (not a problem specific to Harrah's). I would have liked more signage directing us towards exits and which street we would be exiting to. I got disoriented almost every time I came down from the room for the 3 days I was there.

Great location on the strip for the price point. If you are looking to be at the center of attention and affordable, Harrahs is the way to go.

This resort does not really have a real front entrance, being dropped off by taxi/uber always seems like i'm going through a backdoor behind an alley. The rooms and hallways smell like its been sprayed down with heavy use of lysol.

Booking.com listed the rate at $99 but we paid over $200 by the time you pay taxes, parking fee and resort fee. So deceiving.

The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The location is great, smack dab in the middle of the strip. It is also located directly on a monorail station so I was able to easily get to the convention center!

The property is a little dated so when you're walking around the casino the cigarette smoke is pretty bad and made my eyes water. They probably need to add a new air filtration system in the property. The pool was tiny, and unfortunately closed at 6 PM which is way too early.

Clean and great location

Not value for money , and make sure you check your statement before you leave, as there are a lot of additional charges, my case over 3 nights was, around $ 200.00

I did all the preliminary pre-checkin online but when I tried checking in on the kiosk, it would not allow it. Had to wait in line to speak to an employee and that was close to midnight
