Check in was great, front desk lady made everything super smooth and clear! Room was great for the price and the location was great.

My only complaint was the pool closed at 7pm. That’s WAAAYYYYY too early! Ppl are on vacation! Why shut them out of the pool and hot tub SO early!?? I even tried to get another drink from the pool bar at 6:45pm and he told me no. That he’s already put the liquor away. C’mon… I won’t stay there again just because of this. A huge part of my room choice in Vegas is the pool!! If I had any idea it closed so early I would’ve stayed somewhere else

Location, the pool & hot tub, not too far of a walk from door to room, some food options downstairs, I liked that there were always taxis lined up outside so it wasn’t difficult to go places

Literally everything about the bathroom sucked, toilet handle needed to be held down for 7 seconds to flush and even that only worked half the time, we had NO full length mirror or mirror in the bedroom area at all just a small high up one in the bathroom so it was difficult to get ready (like come on we’re in las vegas.) Not enough food options were open late. Subway was the only option multiple nights and we weren’t terribly late definitely not by vegas standards. What happened to the mcdonald’s??

The parking sucks! We had to park several blocks away from the hotel just to park. Parking garage was completely full by 7pm.

The bell service was slow - extremely slow - bell attendant was unfriendly and slow, very slow. I booked through booking.com. The advertised rate was US$45 and I ended up paying US$125 - mis-representation. You should ensure customers know the FULL and EXACT amount to be spent - still very good value for money though

The location was awesome! Upon check in, the gentleman asked if we were there for a specific reason, being that we were local. We just wanted a night out before our Mexico trip to celebrate our 20 year anniversary! He gave us a complimentary drink coupon, which we used in the new bar outside in front of the property! Loved the location for people watching!

I love the location. I had three rooms reserved for family and Check in was a breeze. Everyone at check in was helpful and very friendly. Loved the atmosphere in the casino.

The room was hot. The air conditioner was not working correctly. The beds were hard, and uncomfortable. The noise was almost unbearable from Fremont Street and our AC unit. I don't know which one was worse. The upgraded rooms had earplugs for our enjoyment. The room with the refrigerator we paid extra for, had no refrigerator. The air conditioner was fixed. The employees who who came to fix the air conditioner, was my best experience at this hotel.

All was good except for housekeeping , requested room to be made up two different times, never happened, we were there for 4 nights

I loved the price of the hotel and location. We stayed in the updated rooms which was nice. Would definitely come again!

Food court staff were rude and had no customer service skills. We were very shocked to hear the staff cuss in front of a few paying customers as if that was something normal. One gentleman had to defend himself for asking if the pizza place was still open because the staff literally jumped down his throat. We definitely bought our food outside of the casino. That was the only negative experience we had there. Food court staff clearly don’t care about their jobs or customers.

It was a nice stay for 2 nights for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Initially we got only 2 sets of towels, however, after calling to the housekeeping service, we got immediately plenty of towels. We used restaurant downstairs (which is ok) and a pool. The hotel is located just in front of the famous Fremont St, however, it is approx 15-20 min drive from the central area of the LV (and if you drive there, parking might be a problem)

We were with a mini bus, so did not fit into their parking lot, so had to park a bit further (also hotel's complimentary parking, however, a bit of walking). The security was kind enough to let us park in front of the hotel for unloading.
