Always love the home like atmosphere.

Would like more options in the market. Needed toothpaste and that was not an option

The staff were very friendly and their customer service was great. We like the room size and the comfort, down to the elevator wait time. The breakfast was good but we went at a rushed hour time. However, there were still plenty of seating space and the line was quick, just the usual wait for waffles. Overall we enjoyed the establishment.

Well the room was great but the receptionist was kinda of rude I booked a room through booking.com even called the receptionist before hand I was supposed to pay $145.77tottal price after taxes when I called the receptionist before I paid I asked her how much including taxes she said all together $164..and some change .so when I go to pay for the room I go-to give her my booking number and pin she says oh I got your name a d I explained to her that she needed my booking number well anyways I did not get my discount deal very unhappy about that

Friendly and professional staff. Very clean rooms even the bathrooms. The staff seem to take pride in their work and their company which is really great to see in this day. Many amenities on site including continental breakfast, gym, pool, hot tub, and laundry. I had a great room that felt like an efficiency apartment. Air conditioning worked great too! I was on the 3rd floor and it was always cool even when temps were 112 degrees.

The pool had to close 2 days before I left for a "deep clean". Not sure if it was scheduled or a patron had broken glass or done something to the pool. If it was scheduled, it would've been nice to know about it with a little more notice. I'm not sure of the circumstances. I had plans to hang at the pool the day before I checked out and wasn't able to. I didn't have a car because I didn't know in advance and was a little frustrated for the wasted day but I got packed early. So it worked out.

Everyone and everything was great. I will continue to stay with them whenever I go to las vegas

Not enough parking. Hot pool wasn't working.

It was comforting and in the process of being remodeled. Room was located next to stairwell which I think was pretty neat for fast access to the hotel room. Very clean, bed was very comfortable I will be staying again thanks.

The sticky floors walking through the B building hallway due to remodeling but it’s ok

I loved the 24 hour coffee. the reception desk Mayra was exceptional. We were in town for a wedding and she was helpful with directions and also giving us information about the strip closure. she went above and beyond for us and we felt welcomed.

pool closure, BUT it was windy and cold.

Breakfast was usual fare. I Ubered everywhere. Pool is small but nice.

Need ice machines. Need guide on TV. Only 3 miles to airport.
