We were at Sonesta for 41 consecutive nights and enjoyed everything about our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful--especially LaToya, Ruby, and Juanita. Everyone in housekeeping was great. Hats off to Mirtha for keeping our room so clean. Having the kitchenette, the full sized refrigerator, along with the amenities that went along with the room was terrific inasmuch as you can only eat so often in a restaurant before it becomes tiring or unaffordable. During our stay, the carpets in every room and hallway were shampooed and the air conditioners were cleaned and serviced. Before we booked, my wife and I had read reviews about dirty floors and odors in the hallways. However, based on our experience, those reviews are simply not true. We enjoyed our stay immensely and when we return to Las Vegas will be staying at Sonesta Suites again.
We found nothing to complain about. The complaints that were made by others in their review of Sonesta Suites seemed to be either exaggerated, trivial, or had been fully addressed by the time we stayed there.

Friendly check in staff, Good sized room, clean, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all you could need, shower was hot on demand and easy to use. We were worried having room next to the lift but it was quiet we heard nothing on our two night stay! We found the area okay, quiet enough and easy to grab an uber, walkable distance to the sphere and strip during the day.
Pool wasn’t open at all and no explanation as to why, disappointed considering the heat at this time of year! only one lift working, shop could have had a few more options as the hotel did not offer breakfast

The lady at reception - (with the neck tattoos) was awesome, super helpful and very friendly although i wouldn’t want to catch her on a band day. 🫢 the location was close to what we wanted to see and an Uber was always nearby. There was a laundry which was helpful, and a pool too - although the spa wasn’t working.
We went to use the pool and the painters were outside hadn’t drinks and taking their friends on the high work platform / movable lift. Not only did this interrupt our quiet time it wasn’t so relaxing anymore - perhaps chat to contractors that this isn’t a done thing when guests are around.

The staff is the best. The kitchen and comfy home like feel is amazing!! It’s quiet, right next to the strip which is awesome, I can see the sphere right outside. I actually love the Sonesta and will always come back here.
I saw a bug crawling the wall but it’s gone haven’t seen any more. Also I was treated a bit unfairly for a moment by a staff member who was just outright rude, but it was rectified over a bill that I didn’t believe I should’ve been charged. Had to call corporate to get that squared away, and that rude employee did a 360 towards their attitude towards the situation, in turn being kind in the end. The homeless encampment next door was a bit disappointing to see everyday but everyone has struggles so I’m not holding that against the hotel. Overall I have no other issues.

The staff were very friendly and professional and we really appreciated working with Juanita. We loved having a kitchen, room was clean and bed was decent. We also loved the view of the Sphere and the proximity to it as we were there for a concert at the Sphere. I found my new place to stay when I visit Vegas for sure.
Although the pool was clean and jacuzzi hot, right behind it was a mini homeless encampment. Many homeless but unfortunately that is widespread in America today, not just Las Vegas. Security did a great job keeping area for hotel guests only.

The staff was really helpful, kind and funny. They made me feel good about staying at that place. They explained everything in detail and gave me some very good recommendations proactively. The place for me was great. It was cozy and on the perfect temperature the whole time. It was comfortable and quiet, so I could have some good rest. Also, the broadband was great, and they also had like a small place to buy a few things, in case you need to have some water or a small snack. There are a few places close to the hotel to grab something to eat, and by car, you could get to Strip in 15 minutes

The room setup was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The long table for dining and doing work was outstanding. The bathrooms were clean.
Parking at the side entrance it took between 8 and 12 swipes of the card to get it to activate. The card reader definitely needs to be fixed or replaced and it was not just me and my roommate but it was also other people that were at the door when we pulled up to park each day after our event was done for the day and they were steadily swiping their car in and out trying to get it to activate and open. Also my microwave was inoperable from Saturday to Monday morning. Fortunately the maintenance guy came up that morning and replaced it with a new microwave but I was unable to heat up food until he did that Monday morning.

It’s an older property that has newly renovated rooms. Very nice, great staff, good price, and it was perfect for us because it was an easy 15-minute walk to the Sphere, and there were plenty of good restaurants around the property as well.
Las Vegas has a lot of trash blowing around in general, you’ll see that anywhere you go away from the strip. That has nothing to do with the hotel, just be ready for the visual.

Great staff and very helpful. Beds and room was comfortable. Each room had kitchenette. Location was excellent as near restaurants and Sphere.
Rooms had different service issues. First room had disconnected kitchen drain. Second room had poor AC so never got cold at night. I think some room maintenance is needed.

Large room, very comfortable bed, and kitchenette. Good price for one night. Free popcorn in the lobby. The room was clean. Good water pressure.
Repairs and upgrades are needed. The cover of the air conditioner fell off and we could not put it back. It was very old and dirty. The maintenance did come and put the cover back. Paint was chipping in a few spots. Could not check in early, even 15 min early, but they offered to store the luggage. They asked us at 10 am when we would be gone, even though check out was 11. TV reception was blurry.
