The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was courteous.

Breakfast items were not there as described at the time of booking except coffee and very small muffins. The AC unit was functioning but not cooling the room as supposed to even at the highest cool setting.

Close to shopping, gas, food. Small kitchen in room. Clean and comfy! Laundry room open 24 hours.

There is no real pet area, and it seems like people in Reno think it's OK not to pick up after they're dogs. There was dog feces all over the grassy areas in front of hotel. I really think there should be a fenced area just for pets. I believe they put all people with pets on the ground level, which is great, especially for me, who is also disabled...but they need to get rid of the carpet in the hallway. Very dirty and sticks! They room we had was great! No carpet, comfy bed, small kitchen and table to sit and eat at. Lastly they need to clean shower heads! Very hard water!

It was fairly quiet, except for a heavy-footed resident above me. There are markets, pizza parlors and sandwich shops nearby - 150m or so. Bus stops too. Onsight laundry is a little expensive but always available. Simple breakfast is included. Cooking utensils available; cooktop in rooms.

Smell of second-hand cigarette smoke in halls, Residents smoking in nonsmoking rooms and locations.

The strong pushback from staff at my request for extra towels! After washing/cleansing my body from head to toe with a washcloth on day one will result in a dirty towel on day two! You may not have a problem using the same towel to wash your face, Miss Ma’am, but I do! So thank you for your bathing advice, but I will require extra towels!

It was a great value, very clean, very comfortable.

This may seem picky, but it was annoying! The TV had a blue hue on every channel and the curtain wouldn't close all the way. There was about a 3-in Gap in the curtains when closed. My room faced the parking lot with all the bright lights. It literally lit up my room. I tried to hang towels but they weren't long enough.

The premises is designed for long stay so a week or more and you bring your crockery and cutlery. The grab and go breakfast is sustenance, a pot of coffee, porridge sachets, muesli bars, muffins, hot water and tea bags. I only stayed a night so was more than serviceable for me and avoided the cluster of Down Town traffic to get to and away from.

Tea and Coffee in the room and maybe some tissues but I see that is becoming a rare luxury.

I had an issue with the room not being fully ready for me. In reporting it, I encountered an employee with attitude and zero empathy. But the rest of the staff came to the rescue and made me feel cared for and understood. They showed me what good customer service is about by making things right. I will definitely return.

The door to the room was propped open when I arrived. I thought that was weird. There was evidence of someone having been inside before me but after the daily cleaning. Please keep the doors shut and locked before customer checkin for visitors’ safety.

An affordable budget hotel near bus stops, shops, and cafes. A snack machine and laundry room next to the lobby. Breakfast was cereal bars and microwave oatmeal which was fine.

Some weird, annoying mechanical noise all night. My room was right by the office. Was annoying so I turned the fan on to drown it out.

Perfect location, clean, safe and was perfect for our purpose.

There was no coffee in the morning when we checked out earlier than required. Also, had a kitchenette but had to get plates, cups etc from office but no pan or pot available, so defeats the purpose of kitchenette ,we made do

They are pet friendly, but they charge a fee. They gave me a magnet sicker, that told everyone that my room gas had a pet in it and to enter it. Rey carefully . The room was clean, except the floor was dirty. It was swept up, but not mopped or not mopped very well . The bed was very comfortable and the room’s heater worked very well .
