Our stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Reno was quite pleasant. For an older room, it was extremely clean and not as outdated as expected, which was a nice surprise. The bed was very comfortable, not hard like the usual concrete motel beds, making for a great night’s sleep. The only downside was the overwhelming bubble-gum-like smell when we first opened the door, it was a bit much. The motel was surprisingly quiet, with no banging or loud noises during the night, likely due to its location in a more residential area outside the main hustle of town. This added to the restful experience. The front desk clerk, Mark, wasn’t particularly warm but was efficient, checking us in quickly and providing clear, brief instructions. Breakfast was the standard hotel fare: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, dry cereal, mini muffins, english muffins, fruit, pancakes, yogurt, and a selection of juices. Nothing extraordinary, but it was sufficient. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable, no-frills stay.

About what you would expect from a budget hotel. Nothing fancy, but comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We enjoyed our stay very much, and appreciated having an included breakfast.

It is a bit dated. That is all. Breakfast might have been improved for us with some oranges and apples, but everyone is different. Over all, a good middle of the road hotel.

Comfort Inn Reno Airport is unexpectedly quiet, convenient, and inexpensive. We appreciate a diverse free breakfast. This hotel is in the middle of a large block of retail, away from arterials and nestled against the back of retail areas, so there's very little noise even though it's in the middle of commercial, arterials, freeway, and airport. It's been our cheapest option the two times we've chosen hotels in Reno. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a pretty good variety of retail.

As with most of Reno, this hotel is quite car-dependent. You can find food and some retail on the same block but Reno's recreational opportunities are driving distances away.

Really close to the airport which was great, and food/petrol etc close by. We checked in really late as our flight was delayed so much, but the staff were very accommodating and our (very large!) room was comfy, quiet, and great.

It could do with a little refresh downstairs as the room surprised us with how nice it was after assuming it might be a little worse just based off the lobby and hallways.

Clean room, great location and great breakfast.

The parking was not good. Requested private parking due to the size of vehicle and found it was never available. Premises did not have a shower seat in our room or bottom room available for us which they said would be. Front desk staff both night and day were not very friendly at all. They were nice to give us a late check out though.

The staff was kind and welcoming! They were always on top of making our stay more comfortable. We also especially loved the breakfast provided everyday. Food was hot and staff were very on top of making sure everything was visually and physically pleasing and clean and tidy for guests! Food was continually stirred and cycled through in a great manner.

The elevator was a bit noisy and sometimes grinded

The aircon in the room was hard to fall asleep to being noisy, but we have had that everywhere, so maybe it's just us.

Breakfast was fine, staff were pleasant, everything was nice and clean.

Lots of little things need fixing in the room... broken drawer handles, curtains were messed up, etc. The door mechanism was misadjusted so if not held it SLAMMED SHUT VERY LOUDLY and could be dangerous. (Room number 211)

Staff is not engaging with customers. Just a one word response. Desk person didn’t even acknowledge me saying “ have a good day “ as me and husband were leaving All he responded was “ are u checking out for the day “ Not even a “thank you for staying with us “

Location, good breakfast, amenities inside the room, microwave, little fridge and coffee maker. My nephew left his cellphone on the bed and the staff came to the car to return it to us. Is a good feeling to feel safe in a hotel.
