Rooms were amazing for the price. Comfortable, clean, very nice. Really liked the cold filtered water and amenities they offer. Staff was very nice and helpful.!

For that price? Nothing. If I paid more I would say I would like more tv options and hope they fix up some of the exterior stairs and leisure deck, it looks like they had some putting greens and bbq areas that just need a little love but nothing major. Only issues I think were cosmetic.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and informative. I came to the hotel via Amtrak and it arrived hours before scheduled check in. The clerk at the desk said the room would probably be available before the scheduled check in time and could keep my baggage under lock and key until such time. Since I was on foot in a strange town, that was a huge help and exceptional customer service in a time when that is lacking quite a bit. The room was clean, comfortable and everything that I required for my 3 day stay.

They ran out of the coffee packets that they put in your room. That being the worst thing of my stay in a time of supply and staffing issues, is a win.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The security guards were great. I felt very safe. This place made me feel like home. The room was very large, clean and quiet. I loved hearing the church bells every hour across the street and had a nice view of the mountains and the hot air balloon race. One block away is a beautiful park on the truckee river. Lots of places to walk to easily. Super clean and safe neighborhood

The walkways outside need to be painted and the mini golf on the sun deck needs to be repaired or removed, but the sun deck was otherwise was beautiful

The room was nice and clean. I had asked for a quiet room and this was just that -- 4th floor with a balcony. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenette had what it needed for two people for a couple of days. Close to where we needed to go without all the casino-stuff. We had a much better Reno experience being in a small hotel over a casino hotel (stayed at one of those last time, and were not impressed). We had our meals at small local restaurants -- Thai Chili, Smith & River, Höma'ge, Walden's Coffee House, Nevada Chocolate, and visited sights like Rancho San Rafael Regional Park, Wingfield Park and the Truckee River Walk. All recommendable. We plan to return.

The hallway carpets and outside painted floors could need an upgrade -- but we will still return :-) The garage stalls and ceiling were a bit on the small/low side -- but just something to be aware of if you come in a big-ass vehicle. There was only one large towel in the bathroom -- again nothing that would deter us for returning.

my car was parked in the 3rd spot from the door. someone in between the times of 12-3 pm dumped a large coffee on my car. I spoke to front desk and was told that a manager would look at security cameras and get back to me. no one did so I asked later that day. was told by a female manger hotel is not responsible for car park and it could have been an accident. I asked if she reviewed the camera and she said no. she then asked what do I want? I said I’d like my car clean. I brought down a bucket of water and washed my car. just disappointed to be told “it could have been an accident, then didn’t know.”

The room had everything. The maintenance guy is very kind and was quick to use his phone to translate what I was saying so he could help me find the Ice Machine. Very big resort. Arcade and nice business center. Can't wait to see how the remodeled rooms look.

10am checkout is a bit early for departure. The elevator took forever. No signage. Breakfast would have been nice.

Convenient, clean, comfortable. We had the largest room 600+ ft 2 beds and 2 full bathrooms. Wifi was good, cable tv had tons of channels. Kitchen had utensils, dishes, and pans for cooking. There were plenty of towels in bathrooms.

The furniture was a bit dated. Could have used a couple of end tables in both the living and bedrooms. The dining chairs were worn with tattered fabric. A plug or lamp with USB plug would have been helpful. I think a rubber tub mat should have been included. The tub was slick.

Nice room with a small full kitchen. Location is great. Walking distance to everything. Bed was new and great. Room size god. Was book on the floor I asked for. It is a little older and a little worn - but for the price one can live with that for a night or two

Don't have any complaints. This is the 5th time we stayed there, and it works for us.

The location was great and the price, but the AC was not working properly and the weather at Reno at this time is 90degrees. So I was not happy about that and we weren't moved to another room.

The property was close to downtown and a lot of food restaurants, the kitchenette was a plus as well. also it was very quite both nights we slept there !

The parking is very limited I was able to park but if you have a bigger car just make sure you try to keep parking, also I booked the 1 bdrm and it had a sliding door that was suppose to separate the living space and rooms but it was jammed and maintenance couldn’t make it close but we made it work
