The woman who checked me, Christina went out of her way to make sure I got a room. She was also super sweet. Sadly the woman in the morning at check out could barely speak up to say where I could find breakfast. You couldn’t make out what she had said, additionally it was closed. Other than that the rooms were cream and comfortable.

Just the interaction with the morning staff. Since they don’t have breakfast I am sure they get asked a lot when it comes to people looking for breakfast To not have a few suggestions that are open. Especially if they know the guest is walking to their breakfast destination

Friendly staff, liked that room had mini fridge and microwave. Location was great, one block from circus circus. Good size hotel, with balcony.

We arrived earlier than expected and were told to return at 3 for check-in. We arrived at 3 and computer system was slow and did not get checked in until 3:45. No iron or ironing board in room. Our room was at stairway so very noisy at night. Was an inconvenience that ice machine was located in main office lobby only. Homeless people around hotel. No security. Coffee machine did not work, perhaps the outlet??

It was a great location for hot August nights. The cruise and cars were only a blocks away, and we could see most of them pass the hotel. Beds were comfortable too.

Bathroom wasnt the cleanest, and there was old soap up on the shower wall, but not too horrible

We had car troubles and broke down. We had to cancel unfortunately so I can't rate it. The staff was very understanding and honored the cancelation and did not charge me. I really appreciated that. My next trip to Reno I will definitely book a room with them.

The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet in spite of the activity outside during the night. The shower was great. We really liked the person who checked us in our room. Very helpful, friendly and informative.

The chain in the toilet was broken when we first arrived so it wouldn't flush, but I found a way to fix it.

The location of the Hotel is perfect for visiting "The Row" downtown and one block from the Walgreens and I-80. Best convenience of both worlds.

Parking was a little tight for my truck.

Most were good. Newly painted walls, new comfortable beds, new sheets, blankets and towels. Wish to know what brand the mattresses were. Comfortable office chair.

Their bathtub,very slippery while showering. No bath mat for it.

The room was clean big and everything inside functional. Staff was friendly and very helpful when extending our stay

Parking was full and very tight

I was excited to try out the jacuzzi tub. The other room I had back in July didn't have one. It felt like a night we'll deserved. I was satisfied

An extremely exceptional value! I had no idea you could a decent room for such a low rate!!

I can’t complain about it shower area that hasn’t been updated because of the value it afforded us.
