Clean, comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. The beds were so comfy. The staff and especially manager/Kevin, housekeeping/Delia, Araceli, and Judith, breakfast crew/ Victoria and Hortencia. They were all very kind, helpful, and patient with my 2 small grand kids. Secure/gated parking was great. Two mini marts/gas right next door made for a great lil walk for snacks. The pool was awesome as it was 100-105 outside on the days we were there!! The breakfast was delicious and we were there for 6 days and had something different each morning. Kids loved making their own waffles!! We will be back!

The only negative was an employee named Troy. He may have been having a bad day, I do not know, but being rude to my 7 yo grandson and myself, then hanging up on me for inquiring about the wifi password, was just wrong. I spoke to management. I will not let it deter another visit on our next vacation.

Was able to book 2 rooms on short notice after Expedia & Motel 6 screwed us over. Reservation was ready within minutes and also experienced great service on behalf of Booking.com and also Howard Johnson hotel staff! Rooms were comfortable and came with good amenities at a great price.

On the first night, there were loud nuisances coming from across the street but this was outside of Howard Johnson’s control. Location was decent however at times there were some sketchy individuals in the parking lot, vehicles seemed to remain safe though.

It has all amenities that I needed. Walking distance to ROW casinos. Clean rooms. Awesome staff. Very fast responses from staff when needed. All rooms has mini fridge which Ramada Hotel doesn't have. This hotels is way cheaper and easy access to ROW Casinos.. Easy parking and usually see you car in the parking lot from your own bed. I will return to this hotel and highly recommended to anyone seeking a cheaper , no resort fee and clean rooms

The place was clean ,if I ran out of something they replaced it .friendly staff. Located in Reno ,close too Stores ,bank an the bus station.

It would have been better if there was an intended place for breakfast and should provide more breakfast selections. We just ate at the front-desk.

The bed was comfortable, but if you are over 250 you may bottom out on the mattress. The heater was warm on this side of the hotel. The Travellodge side is freezing. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

I only found two hairs this time. I found a nice long pink one on the lamp and an errant brown one on the bathroom floor. The heater filters were filthy. The door lock didn't work when I tried to open it. I had help from one of the "crew". The area inhabitants look like a central casting call for the next mad max movie. Maybe they can clear out the parking area and have a Tina Turner concert there. I felt like getting up and singing we all need another hero!

Nice room. Even nicer people on staff.

There was a motorcycle rally in town, and the loud pipes resonated loudly in the room. Was not intolerable, as I ride motorcycles, but the C shape of the motel building seemed to act as a sound catcher from the parking garage across the street.

I unfortunately didn't get breakfast i went down to late 😊 but the room was clean the bed was comfortable
