Clean modern room. Wonderful bathroom products. Great shower. There is coffee and tea in the room (coffee is instant/ground coffee in a tea bag) with a Fellow's hot water kettle. Bathrobes are provided. Bathroom products include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and lotion. There is a tub at the sink that has cotton tips and face pads. Water is provided in a carafe. There is a mini-fridge in the room.

I would have liked have a pair of slippers to wear in the room - this is not a criticism, just a suggestion.

It was newly remodeled, and the furnishings were lovely, and towels and sheets were cozy. It had everything that I needed, and I loved that the products were sustainable, and in refillable containers, rather than the little individual, disposable bottles. Also the coffee cups and glasses were real rather than plastic. I also loved walking among the Truckee River, which was a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

The parking was limited. You could find parking on the street but parking in the lot cost $10.

Sydney checked us in and was very polite, friendly, and informative. She recommended a restaurant in the neighborhood that was within walking distance. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. We returned to our room, which was nice and quiet, and decorated so cool-and enjoyed a good snooze. We would definitely stay there again, if we are in nReno.

Lovely, boutique hotel. Good location with several great bars/restaurants within walking distance. Room was modern and comfortable. Enjoyed the robes.

Walls are a little thin, can hear neighbors if they're loud. Didn't feel super secure with just the keypad lock, would have liked an added interior latch or locking mechanism.

Perfect spot to start/end a day if you are looking for what Midtown Reno has to offer!

Perhaps brighter lighting options but certainly not a detractor.
