Very close to the airport. Airport shuttle. Very friendly staff

Charge for parking, even for handicapped. Charge for breakfast and don’t have a lot of the usual things on a breakfast buffet like waffle or pancakes. Room were comfortable and clean but didn’t have things like shower caps or lotion. Bathroom was very small no place to hang wet towels except for one small hook on back of door

The location was great and everything was very clean. We were very comfortable in this hotel.

Breakfast was so so. Also, upon checking out we discovered that they actually charged us three times for our stay! Fortunately, the front desk worker saw it and we did get refunded but I think it was odd that it even happened. Make sure to check your statement on the way out!!

The location is right next to the airport so we could walk there even late at night. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable (not sure about the sofa bed, but my kids did sleep). The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Having been “avalanched” in the Sierra Nevada, and having managed two days after to arrive to Reno, we were looking for a hotel in front of the airport. This Hyatt is the place for that. Nice staff. Very clean place

A lot of small details. Getting the shuttle via a phone call, using the Hyatt phone system nécessitates a phone calls systems’ agility, we did not have. Getting the hotel internet is complicated. The coffee machine in the room had no coffee pot. The choice proposed for dinner is very basic…

Briana was absolutely the best. All of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely come back to this location in the future. Please thank the staff !!!

The fold-away sofa had some dust collected underneath. I was surprised there was no microwave oven in the room.

The staff was very helpful in finding us a room when we needed one last minute due to being evacuated from the fire. We felt welcomed and taken care of. The breakfast was great and the staff made me a great latte.

Ice machine was out on the 6th floor.

was the best breakfast I have seen in a hotel in a long time. the pool and hot tub were great and the price for what you got was excellent.

The rooms were really nice and comfortable, and clean. Loved the staff, Briana was exceptional, and she looked out for us, and always made sure we were comfortable, and had everything we needed, They had a bar and grill onsite, and great breakfast in the mornings.

As close to the airport as the Hyatt was, we and others we spoke to had difficulty finding our way to it. Either show diagram of how to get there on hotel confirmation or let rental car agencies know driving directions. It’s not enough for them to say, “The Hyatt is right across the street from the airport.”

2 night stay due to airport closure. Outstanding location near airport, great two room suite, clean and comfortable. Shuttle service used several times. All punctual and courteous.
