Everything was either out of service or closed

Our suite was a one bedroom two bathroom which is much bigger than anticipated. All items in the kitchen were newer and nice. We were provided with extra pillows and blankets without having to ask. There are tons of bellboy carts which we used both for our luggage and for groceries.

The bed was pretty firm almost too firm. I wish there was an ice bucket in the room even though I can make my own ice. There really wasn’t anything else to complain about, none of these things were deal breakers.

There could be a little more variety of the food. Continental free breakfast would be nice for the price of the room. We loved eating next door at Mellow Fellow.

I liked everything about the Courtyard.

What i didn't like is the outdoor area, mostly the pool and table areas. I'm glad i didn't take my kids swimming. There are too many bugs flying around . I wish that Marriott would put up a bug net cover so that way it'll cover the open areas and it'll protect the customers. But especially the pool was full of dead bugs. Gross!!

The courtyard by Marriot was very helpful for our unique situation, and Carmen the manager was very helpful, and she is a benefit to the Marriot brand and customer service. They are lucky to have her as manager.

Will not use Booking.com or any third-party reservation service unless necessary. We were forced to change our departure date and the games Booking.com plays are ridiculous. Lucky for us "Carmen" the manager at Marriot was very accommodating to our situation and helped us out. Booking.com was useless.

Close to everything nice and clean.

When I booked it says breakfast was included but it didn't said or I didn't read if it says it was only for 2 people we were a party of 4 and once I was there I was told breakfast was for two people only if I wanted I had to pay for the other two. Thanks

Breakfast was great. Room was comfortable and spacious. Walkable to many fun things including the river walk and automobile museum.

Shares parking garage with ball park. Even though they have marked spaces for hotel guests, they are often full with ball park visitors in the early evening.

It was in a great location. We were 4 blocks from downtown Reno and the festival we went to, but also right across the street from the ballpark for a game the next day. The staff was friendly. The breakfast at the Bistro inside the hotel was good and portions were not small. Everything was clean.

Location was good for Reno. The room was good. The staff was very helpful.

I had to pay for the parking, $15 per night. Many accommodations had free parking, but not this one. There was no free breakfast, not even a continental breakfast.

It's right across the street from Greater Nevada Ballpark! Nice size Hot Tub area. Great little restaurant/bar. Excellent selection of grab and go items in store area. Well within walking area of downtown and all activities in the Biggest Littlest City!

The lack of driveway /parking area at registration.
