From the time we initially pulled up to the valet, everything was uphill from there. The valet attendants were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Same for both bell captains, excellent! The front desk, the George, the location were ALL top-notch. Although that was our first time staying at the Durango, it certainly will not be our last time. In fact, we've already said we will be coming back next year for our annual Jazz Festival. We also shared our experience with several friends, and they will stay there as well. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!

Pool opening hours very restricted. Not sure why but many hotels in this area seem to favour extremely high beds - tough to get on if you've got short legs!

Nothing although a little far from the strip

It's very pleasant when entering the property, love the great softness and warmth at the lobby and goes surroundings of the property. Another plus point that the design is excellent easy access to the restroom sections on the casino floor. I love the spacious room capacity, new modern furniture layout, bringing the rejuvenate feeling when I stay, I truly love the size of the shower bathroom. They maximize the shower room with a giant glass door. It's sufficient to utilize rather than setup the bath tub. Shower head water has a great pressure and is relaxed, not too strong pressure to make it feel to overloaded and too loudly.

The room services were slow, missing from cleaning during the time I stayed.

A great modern hotel with spacious rooms. The hotel were very flexible in allowing us to change our booking without penalty. and the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful.

We were a family with 2 chidren aged 13 and 16. The children could only use the pool under supervision and we were forced to stay in a small area on the grass away from the pool. There were no loungers available for families. The pool is clearly targeted at over 21 year olds and we felt like second class citizens, We tried to use the pool on the first day at 1745 and were turned away by two unfriendly pool attendants as the pool was closing at 1800. Quite a contrast to the rest of the hotel staff who were so friendly.

Hotel appeared to be new so in excellent condition. We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor and it was beautiful, high tech and very comfortable. View to the mountains through the large windows was stunning.

Parking situation was cumbersome. After one day the parking lot in front of the hotel was closed down for some unknown reason. We had to park about 500 meters away in another parking lot so always had to walk though the entire hotel and casino to get to our car. Many restaraunt at the hotel but they were always booked out and overfull. Fitness center could be larger and nicer at such a hotel. We did not see a spa anywhere either. Not sure if they had one. We booked through booking.com and the booking stated including taxes and fees but the hotel made us pay an additional $45 per night for resort fees. This is the first time ever.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Durango in Las Vegas, and I can honestly say it was a flawless experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable. What really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available to assist with anything I needed

New and exquisite designed casino resort. The rooms were clean and large with amazing views. It’s location is not on the strip but short taxi away. We preferred being away from the all the hustle and bustle of the strip. This resort has everything- lots of restaurants, bars, beautiful pool, parking and wide open casino.

The only negative at present is the construction noise but obviously temporary . The expansion will add more facilities to improve the resort.

This hotel is brand new and you can tell. The elevators are fast. There's never a line. We also stayed at the Sahara and their elevators were horrible. Beds were super comfortable. There was ALWAYS someone cleaning the public restrooms. There's a heavy sliding door to the room's bathroom and a glass door separating the toilet. So good soundproofing. At the Sahara there was a broken sliding door so you could hear your partner's bowel movements. No thanks. The casino was brightly lit and not a dimly lit depression hole like other hotels. There's a cute cafe Vesta coffee. Since this location is off the strip there's plenty of parking. If I'm ever in Vegas again we will be sure to stay here again.

Brand new and finished to a high quality. Rooms were fantastic, casino is decent if you don’t mind less traditional feel and pool area was beautiful

The hotel policies were strange and annoying; you can smoke inside (as they want you to spend money on tables) but can’t even vape in open air by pool; weren’t allowed to move pool beds to face sun; were very inconsistent on room charging policy - needed photo ID to buy a coffee in morning but no ID required to run up large bill by the pool
