Breakfast was good! The kids were hoping for donuts! Tom was really nice and did a fantastic job! Everything was really clean! The staff was very nice and friendly! My spa experience was fantastic with Sam! we loved the rustic decor and the lobby was welcoming and relaxing! The shower was fantastic! The rooms, hall, pool area, bathroom were extremely clean!

The cost of the restaurant was more expensive than I hoped for and a single glass of wine was 10.00! The mashed potatoes were just awful! The wait for a table in the restaurant was crazy!I was disappointed when I booked a massage and it was cancelled 2 days before my stay and they couldn’t accommodate me for the time I was there! I came from mass and couldn’t wait until the next week for an appointment! Donuts and pastry would have been a bonus!

The restaurant was delicious!

I didn’t like that the room was in another building so we had to do the run around to try and check in. I booked through booking and they didn’t have my reservation but I had my confirmation number. Took about 45 min to check in and back and forth to different properties. We finally get settled and get up to the room and it wasn’t even the room I booked. They did fix that but still more time to check in. Don’t think I would stay at this property again.

The suite was so nicely put. And overall the deco Is nicely capitalizing on “winter ski” feeling which makes it warm and nice. The restaurant is awesome and the staff at the diner was incredible.

The breakfast is disappointing, especially when the level of the restaurant at dinner time is high.

The Lodge is very clean and staff are very friendly. Excellent continental breakfast with lots of options. Coffee and hot chocolate available in the lobby was a bonus. We were staying at the Lodge to attend a wedding at the Barn on the Pemi in Plymouth, NH. The location of the lodge was close to the venue which was very nice.

Best part of the visit was Tom in the Breakfast Bar. Great food and entertaining.

Would have preferred to stay in the Inn, but the Lodge was clean and nice rooms. One item...we didn't have a cork screw and asked the front desk to borrow one...but they didn't have one either. A bummer....bottle of wine and no way to open it.

We loved this place! The Boiler Room restaurant was so amazing….the setting, the food! Our room was unique, not the typical hotel room. Fireplace and patio, and cost significantly less than other hotels. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing. The complimentary breakfast at the cafe counter was so fun!! The cook was friendly and gave us fabulous information. The owner of The Common Man happened to stop in and chat and took our pic for us. We shopped in the adorable gift shop at midnight and played games next to the fireplace in the lobby. Just a perfect place and we were shocked at the lower price! The location for seeing covered bridges, fall leaves, White Mt. area and lakes areas is perfect.

The mattresses may have been on the older side? Not sure. But they were super soft and squishy and hurt our backs. Too soft so you rolled in just a bit. The hot tub is made of cement and stone and was fabulous! But there were little areas of sandy sediment on the bottom.

The Inn has such a great down home atmosphere -- very comfortable. Tom, the breakfast cook, is amazing -- great home cooking and friendly. The restaurant also has a great environment and tasty, hearty food.

It's a little dated. Some fresh carpeting would go a long way. Other than that, if you are looking for a home-like experience, the Inn will be just what you are looking for.

It was close to town. Easy check in and check out. Even though we were in the lodge without the restaurants, the available snacks and beverages were helpful.

The look, feel, style and warmth. Everything was great except for our continental breakfast at the lodge.

The muffins were soggy and fresh cold drinking water should have been available 24/7. Water dispenser was out of order. The spot the microwave was located in was not convenient to use.

I love that I felt like I was being transported to a different environment. It gave me cozy cabin vibes. We stayed in the Squam Room which was spacious and gorgeous. My husband and I absolutely loved the restaurant at the property as it was delicious. The jacuzzi , pool, and sauna was much needed after a great day of hiking. At one point we wanted to chill in the room and do something different. We found a scrabble board game on top of the shelf and it just brought us so much joy!

The mattress was not that comfortable as it was hard to get a goodnight sleep. However, we know that everyone’s comfort levels are different.
