Very clean and comfortable, the owners were so accommodating and super friendly!! The breakfast was delicious, we attended a concert in Gilford and this was the perfect location for us. We are looking forward to returning, keep up the great work!!!

It was very clean and comfortable. Clearly had been completely renovated recently. Very quiet, beautiful surroundings. Ate at a great, local restaurant - The Inn & Kitchen- very upscale menu, grreat service.

Lack of cellphone service in the local geographic area a major issue, also had tv/internet issues for same reason. Not the fault of the hotel. Apparently there are plans for a cell tower soon.

Amazing host, takes pride in her place and had bonus made to order breakfast included. Super nice owner, great location for catching a show at Bank of New Hampshire. Clean and updated unit in old time motel building, comfortable beds and good AC.

This was such a diamond in the rough!! We weren't sure about staying in a motel, but it is truly a lovely bed and breakfast! The renovated rooms and bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous and impeccably clean! The couple who run the facility are incredibly kind and welcoming! Breakfast is homemade and delicious!!! The pool is old but certainly usable, although we didn't end up using it during our short stay. We would definitely go back!!

The only improvement I can think of is for smart TVs so you can link your personal Netflix account etc

We rang the bell at the office at about 8 in the evening and the host then arrived in his truck and gave us an exceptionally welcoming and friendly greeting. The room was in tip-top shape, looked like it had been remodeled recently. The host had warmed the room (it was very cold outside) before our arrival.

The location was good and the breakfast omg they have a cook and she makes what you want its fresh made and warm and soooo good never had that before nice and friendly they make sure you are satisfied the owner very nice

Amazing breakfast, very friendly host, very clean and very cute room!

My mom thought the bed was uncomfortable (she has a bad back), I thought the bed was okay, my cousin said her bed was uncomfortable enough. Also, it was a tight squeeze for my mom (with her walker) to get between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom.

Great location, close to man attractions and restaurants. Room was clean and updated. The breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even when I locked my hotel key in the room one night. Will definitely stay again!

Bigger TV in the room. It was hard to see from the bed.

Stayed for a over night to go to a concert. Everything was just perfect. The atmosphere was just excellent. Owner was a sweet heart you can she the passion in everything. Highly recommend.
