We were pleasantly surprised at the location, stylishness of the Hotel and room and the cleanliness. Downtown Laconia was very cute and I loved the canal that ran under the Hotel. We were visiting family in Wolfeboro over the July 4th holiday and although it was a 30-minute drive to our family's it was a very picturesque drive. I also loved the wall tile in the Ladies Restroom in the lobby, wavy.

The staff was OK but not overly friendly either at the front desk or in the cafe'. We checked in on the 3rd in the late afternoon and that clerk was very nice and helped to give us directions to Wolfeboro.

I would say if there was anything that I would change would be during breakfast to not just serve only turkey sausage and hard boiled eggs as a hot food item it should definitely be changed up and have more options I'm not sure if it was just for the weekend that that's the routine but that's definitely should be changed. The bagels and breads was not much of a selection very little yogurt was available and there was not a selection of muffins at all. I would say that's the only thing that the hotel needs to improve on is the continental breakfast area everything else is very exceptional.

This facility is EXCELLENT! Staff is friendly and attentive. The room was immaculately clean. The pool room is beautiful with the pebbled floors, wooden ramp, and outside deck overlooking the Riverwalk. The hotel was right near our appointment, and it was 100% walkable. I have worked in hotels for 20+ years, so I tend to be a bit of a harsh critic, but I can not say how much I LOVED this hotel stay more.

The beds were a bit firm for my own taste. As a side sleeper, they made my back a little sore. There is nothing the hotel can do about that as it is such a personalized preference for everyone.

Liked everything about it! Clean, comfortable, quiet, close to amenities, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!

If, I were to wish fore anything more, it would only be that we wished that there was a microwave INSIDE the room, and, that there was an ice machine on the same floor as our room. It was inconvenient to go several floors down to the lobby to get ice. Other than that, it was all very good!

The room was clean and spacious. The cabinet of the bathroom need to be updated, and the tub need to be clean better, so it doesn't give the impression that is dirty. Overall, the hotel is in a good location, staff is friendly and provide good service.

Lately, BW hotels are lowering the quality on their breakfast. The eggs were cold, and the potatoes wasn't cook. the cereals and the fruits look old. not many options for breakfast.

Clean, and convenient location. Breakfast was good, but could use more coffee machines. Ample parking and ease of an in and out experience. Room was spacious, clean and had a feel like home feeling.

There was only one coffee machine, had to wait a long time for each person to get their coffee. Elevator was slow, especially with amount of people staying...

Close to the concert venue we were in the area to attend. Room was spotless, AC was ice cold, breakfast was good and a new clerk working at the property for only two weeks was amazingly friendly, helpful and polite. This was our second stay and we’re returning next month for another concert.

Neither was an issue for us, but the bathroom is a bit small and the door oddly pushes in, making it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time.

The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was very nice. And the room was very comfortable.

We enjoy watching TV. However, the reception was horrible and greatly impacted the quality of our stay. Additionally, the complementary bathroom products, specifically the shampoo and conditioner, a ridiculously small.

Beds were comfy and it was really clean. Easy, fast check in. The view was great. Pretty quiet

Only one working elevator and it was pretty slow. The continental breakfast was lacking. The eggs weren't good and the syrup tasted like sugar free maple syrup. Everything else was fine though.

The room was excellent. Motel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had more items than other hotels and was good.

You can hear the outside noises. If someone is talking loud in the other room, it sounds like they are in the same room as you are in. We were on the sixth floor.
