I thought church landing was a great hotel and the manager that was on august 8/27/24 saved the trip for us. we were promised a room with a view, and it was very disappointing that our room had a view of 2 big air conditioners and a big pole blocking everything. so, no view at all and not of the any lake that was promised. I spoke to the manager on Saturday 8/27/24 at church landing and she did the right thing and turned the trip from a 0 to a 10 she moved us to a nice room with a very nice view, you should have more supervisors like her .I believe her name was Santea I don't know if that is the correct spelling but she was a class act!!! I will bw back again

Check in was a disaster, be aware that the hotel is spread over 4 different sites, our rooms were at The Mill, we went to the reception desk, which was constantly unmanned, there were no instructions on how to obtain keys. Fortunately a guest advised us we needed to walk some distance to another site to check in. They need to let guests know this at time of booking. Rooms good but mattresses uncomfortable

We loved the location of the property - very close to the lake. I would make sure you figure out where you want to stay as there are three buildings (the best one is church landing as it’s right on the lake but also seemed to be the most expensive and updated). We stayed in the older original building across the street and didn’t mind the beautiful walk over across the street to church landing where we hung out most of the time (using their pool and enjoying the views) the great thing is you have the ability to use all the amenities no matter what building! Also, I found out that if you go over to the bay harbor building before 11 you can use the paddle boards / kayaks for free as they are included in the resort fee (after that they cost a small amount) !!!

The building we stayed in (original mill falls) was a bit outdated - but they did have an indoor pool and although small still nice!

We booked through a 3rd party; I asked to change to a different week. The message we received was that we couldn't change, in actuality, they had accepted. Any way Mill Falls accommodated us in the end, they upgraded our room, the view of the lake was incredible, the room was huge. We enjoyed our stay at the Chase House Property. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was a gas station next to the property to get snacks. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful location right next to the water. Each area is thoughtfully done and has a beautiful old cottage feel throughout. Check in was smooth and our room was great. Kids loved the little puzzles in the hallways and all the other little touches throughout property.

Nothing to note really, we had a nice stay. Value for money exceeded expectations and we had no issues. Therefore, nothing that we didnt like!

The hotel is beautiful, very good room, amazing view, very well located. And close to a nice sky resort. We will go back. The staff is very polite and always willing to help.

The lack or erratic room service. We stayed 5 days and our room was never cleaned. I understand that we just need to ask, but after 3 days we expected to happen by itself. Anyway, we managed it. The place is great.

I loved the paddle board yoga, kayaking, and the adult pool and hot tub that looked over the lake. The room I was in had the most beautiful view of the lake..

I think the pool in the hot tub could have been cleaner. I also think the bed could have been a little more comfortable. It would also be nice if the Bay point building had its own pool and hot tub.

I loved the location , the views of the lake were spectacular. I swam in the indoor outdoor pool at church landing, which was amazing . My husband was in the hot tub I was in the pool. We had dinner at Lago at bay point and my dinner was phenomenal. Seafood risotto was delicious and the service was great.

We loved everything. The only thing that I was disappointed with was my espresso martini at Giuseppe’s . It was horrible , I took one sip . It was horrible.

Lots of cobwebs around the patio. It would have been nice to have that area cleaner. Having a pest control service or gardening service that keeps those areas clean from having insects making the patio areas their home would definitely make people stay more enjoyable . Additionally, we had quite a few gnats in our room, but being ground floor - with walkout lake access.... I sort of expected some sort of bugginess, however was hoping to be pleasantly surprised by having no bugs.oh well. For the view and access to the lake .. I overlooked it. It wasn't horrible... But for the price of the room I shouldn't have to overlook anything.

Breakfast at Waterfall Cafe was the worst breakfast I have ever had in my lifetime, as well as the service. I understand that they are not affiliated w/The Common Man but this Cafe used to be one of our best breakfast experiences every summer that we stay w/you. This unfortunately has a reflection on your grounds. Lakeside Grill breakfast was great except for the coffee.

The gazebo is about to fall into the lake why isn't that being repaired your guests love to go sit in the gazebo. Alot of the outdoor furniture needs TLC. Second day of my stay my room was not cleaned. Pools are supposed to be open till 10 pm and one night it was closed before 10 pm for service. This should be done after 10 pm. Fire pits were covered the whole time we were there. Fire pits should be burning every night weather permitting.
