The Bed and Breakfast exceeded my expectations from the moment we pulled up. The parking was ample and easy to get in and out of the spot. We had a family suit on the top floor and it was very spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and my only wish was that we were spending more than one night here. I was definitely recommend staying here as both a couple and a family. The breakfast the next morning was amazing and will fill you up. I cant say enough good things about the staff, they were attentive, nice and very knowledgeable about activities and things to do in the area. I would rate our stay a 10/10!

There was not anything that could have been better in my opinion. Even with the weather not being the best our stay was amazing.

Sally in the kitchen can cook a mean breakfast, everything that you think you need for a trip away from home is here, I fell ill and needed to get to ER for a IV bag and the host got me directions right to the best hospital in the area , then rearranged it so we could stay a extra night due to a 4 hr drive home. They didn’t boot us out when we needed help the most being 4 hr from home!! Our 3 rd floor room was large and very clean , the soaking tub was a great feature. The great thing was that the owner has been in business long enough to handle any issue that pops up without it being a drama filled issue , she handled it like a pro.

Everything was great - the owner greeted us warmly, showed us around her B&B, and even let us choose between 2 rooms. What I appreciated was that the tour was expeditious and efficient showing us what we would want to know and nothing more. Everything was nicely appointed in the room. We traveled with our 55lb Aussie and 2yr old toddler and they were very accommodating to both. We had a wonderful stay

Nothing - everything was great. There were a couple restaurants really close by if you've been traveling a lot that day. And a handful more within a 10min drive that were all good. Nice view of the lake.

This was my 1st B&B experience and it was wonderful! We spent 5 days at the Sutton House and Thais and her team were fabulous from the beginning. The Yellow Daffodil room was very clean and I appreciated the noise machine in case of outside noises. That was one concern of mine when considering a B&B, but we didn't need the noise machine at all. I appreciated the extra effort of wrapping each glass in plastic and having disposable items as COVID is still present. Each morning started with a delicious homecooked breakfast which began with a fresh fruit cup, baked good (muffin, bread etc.) and then the main course that varied from spinach quiche to pumpkin pancakes with pure maple syrup. It was all amazing. The 24/7 coffee/tea bar in the main room also had fresh baked cookies for guests. These little touches made it feel like Grandma's house. Then, there is Patty. Not only did she bake most of the delicacies but she was so entertaining and friendly. She made our stay extra special. She even packed us a little "to-go" bag of goodies and fresh coffee to take on our trip back home. Thais, Patty, Sally and Lynn sent us off with a group picture so we could remember our fabulous NH trip and the experience we had at Sutton House. We will be back very soon! ❤️

Everything was great! The only thing missing was a microwave in a common area for guests to use.

The outside of the property was beautiful as was the inside. It was furnished in a very complimentary style to the age of the property. Breakfast was wonderful, very filling, different everyday but lovely. Room was warm and roomy, bedding was ample and clean and great quality. Gardens were pretty too. Host was helpful and very kindly got us in for dinner at the restaurant adjacent to the property, which we thoroughly enjoyed. She was very personable and always happy to help. Car parking at the house was very helpful too.

Shower was very small and difficult to move around in. Traffic noise early in the morning was not great if you re a light sleeper like me, but if you re a sound sleeper then no problem

My husband and I planned this as a last-minute getaway to unwind for a couple of days. We were looking for a cozy B&B where we could relax and enjoy some down time, and the Sutton House was exactly what we had in mind. Thais greeted us at the door when we arrived, and had our reservations details in hand. She took the time to show us what amenities were available to us during our stay and walked us through all the comforts of our room, so we could take advantage of all this beautiful B&B had to offer. We stayed in the Blue Hyacinth room which was quite large yet charming and cozy. The bathroom had a beautiful soaking tub, a cozy fireplace and sweet vanity for getting ready. Thais and her staff have really thought of everything, and you instantly feel like her home is your home. I wish we were able to enjoy more of Sally's cooking at breakfast, but what I did have was delicious. As other reviews mention, the B&B is located on a busy road, but we didn't find this disturbing at all, and we had the advantage of seeing the lake from our room which was well worth the location.

Nothing, it met and exceeded all expectations!

I liked the heating vent in the bathroom and the decoration,it feels like you’re at home. The view you can see at the top when you’re at the pool is great. Thais and Sally are so sweet and really make you feel comfortable. Great breakfast in the morning and even when there’s a lot of people it still is peaceful. The grounds and rooms are very well kept. I definitely recommend this b&b to anyone!

We loved our stay at Sutton House! We were there for 2 nights. Thais was an outstanding hostess! She thought of every little amenity possible to make this a stay luxurious. The house was beautifully decorated, Cozy and very, very comfortable. the breakfast was just perfect. we had a large suite on the third floor with a peek a boo view of the lake across the street. The soaking tub was a welcome relief after our 12 days of travel, hiking and just having a blast in this beautiful area. I would definitely visit frequently if I lived on the east coast.

What a gracious hostess and beautiful property, mansion and decor. Breakfast was outstanding, we felt spoiled. Walking distance to great dinner choices.

Even though our room was on the roadside of the building (some traffic noise if you opened the windows), it wasn't all night.They thoughtfully supplied a sleep sounds clock and earplugs! And with that super comfy bed we Slept Great!

Lovely big house with lot of charm, decorated with beautiful furnitures. Stayed in the room on the upper floor. Comfy beds, big bathroom, everything you could need was there. Wonderful breakfast ! Thais was a very welcoming hostess. Good location to roam in the area.

The house is on the quite busy road but finally it didn't disturb us at night. We slept well.
