Location was great for our needs. We had a handicapped room which was very plain but very clean

Pretty much a 'nothing breakfast' cold cereal, coffee and pancakes. Nothing else. Had issues checking in. email said that check in is from 6 to 9:00 pm. I called at 8:20 PM to tell them that we would be ten minutes late and were informed that he was leaving at 8:30 and we would be charged 'no show' if we weren't there. We straighten all out but I really didn't need the additional stress after driving 7 hours.

The front desk staff were friendly and conscientious. The breakfast waffle was good. The refrigerator and TV worked well.

The heater created a bad smell. The car noise from the adjacent Laconia Rd was loud. We had to ask for washcloths, as well as extra towels because the bath towels are thin and small. The toilet paper ran out quickly, with no backup roll. There’s no sandy beach leading to a lake shoreline, as shown in the online photos. A shirtless tattooed guest hovered around us in the parking lot as if he were considering robbing us.

The location was great! Very scenic! The staff was excellent and so polite! The breakfast waffles were great! So happy with the extremely comfortable bed, the walk - in shower, the lovely view of the lake, the ice machine and the breakfast accommodations! The whole experience was fantastic! Thank you so very much for a great resting place!

I liked the very friendly and non invasive staff. They had a breakfast available, and sitting areas around the check in area. I loved the location, very scenic, but on a busy road. The room was very quiet, second floor, a lovely cafe set was on the porch to sit at and look out at the lake. The room was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, loved the pillows. Living room was very nice. The kitchen had a nice stove and the refrigerator was a normal size. There was plenty of storage, a large bureau. Plenty of kitchen storage and it was equipped with cultery and dishware. Loved the fact we could take our Maya with us, dog friendly was very much appreciated.

No coffee or tea station. The bottom of the step way was a little sketchy, the room had a loose base board under the sink, but there was work being done on the inn. There was only a partition not all the way to the ceiling for the bedroom. There were no hangers in the closet, but the closet was very large.

location to all things Winnisquam is ideal, Tilton and the Tanger outlets are super close.the staff is very nice and super friendly. they have a waffle machine , yogurts, apples, and cereals for breakfast which is nice too. beautiful view of the lake from the Inn and surprisingly you get access to visit lakeside private small beach if you’d like which is rare at most Inns I find. 20 minute drive to Laconia and Winnipesauke as well. for the price it was a great stay overall and would recommend to those on a budget looking ti experience the lakes region of NH

nothing crazy BUT shower is pretty tight and we’re not overly large people so some might struggle in the room we had. amenities issue: water in lobby never restocked once out :( no unflavored coffee options pillows :( ALSO: most rooms require use of the stairs to access and they are quite steep and have a few odd sized ledges getting to the rooms as well. maybe not for seniors with knee issues

The view of the lake is spectacular. The free breakfast was fair. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a breeze and easy access to the place. Sitting on the deck looking over to the lake was beautiful as the weather was a clear sky day!

located we’re close to where we needed to be. The new owners are very nice and the young lady that was up at the front desk is very pleasant and willing to help. She even carried our luggage up to our room.

Can’t wait till they finish their remodeling. Definitely gonna go there again.

Really nice selection breakfast foods juices snacks were available 24/7 along with ice cold waters and coffee stuff was very friendly helpful this place was very well located far enough off the highway where you didn't feel like you were next to one but yet right off the road next to a beautiful lake which gave such amazing sunrises rooms were very clean and rather spacious we had a lot of privacy I would highly recommend this place to all this and I would certainly go there again.

I only wish a shower with larger

Your company booked a room for 2 adults,we were supposed to have a room with 2 beds! Your service gave me a room with 1 twin bed for 2 adult males? The hotel took very good care of my situation and I had a great weekend. Your site needs to better communication with your customers request and not satisfy your needs for a sale. I'll never use this site again.

As far as the inn goes I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and the cooperation of the staff, they went out of their way to take care of me and insure that I was happy and satisfied with with my situation. No dislikes only praise for what they did to keep me there for 3 nights

Location and the view. It was worth the $20 upgrade for the larger room.

The room was not cleaned during our stay, and the lobby /office didn't open until 9 am, so access to breakfast was limited.
