Friendly staff. Location. Easy parking. Spacious room. Clean.

Stairs to 2nd floor were unexpectedly steep - with no elevator option (especially for those who would need it for heavier luggage or health issues). Bathroom lighting is awful - definitely needs to be upgraded so that anyone who wears make-up or needs to do their hair for an event, can actually see themselves clearly in good light without walking out of the room looking like a drag queen or clown. I booked 2 rooms with lake view. First-floor room had views of the parking lot. 2nd-floor room had partial views of the lake.

I booked 2 king rooms with lake views. I thought we'd be next door (or within a few doors) to each other. However, one room was upstairs with a partial lake view and the other room was on the main level with a view of the parking lot. If you have issues with stairs, request a room on the main floor - but be aware that even if you book a lake view room, you may end up with zero views or a view of the parking lot. The room prices should be reflective of the view - in my opinion. So, I don't believe the price I paid for one of the rooms (with a parking lot view) was worth the money charged.

The location was great, amazing view of the lake, the rooms were clean and comfortable with a balcony, free breakfast was pretty good, hot tub was nice and A fire pit.

There were geese all over the property and pooping everywhere so we had to watch our step. The floating dock was covered in goose poop. Also, we got a late checkout, which was great, but our room keys were deactivated for the last hour so we couldn’t get back into the room to pack up. It’s right on the main road so it was hard to cross the street to get to restaurants without walking further down to a cross walk.

Modern yet rustic. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Balcony off room. Beach area for swimming. Well maintained building, and grounds. Continental breakfast with a little extra. Easy to get to. Good food, and hiking nearby, shopping, lake Winnipesaukee, scenic railroad. Just awesome weekend all around.

Bath, and shower a little small ( but clean, and workable). No desk / chair in room. Ac unit blowing air directly on me while in bed with no way to divert air elsewhere. (Put lounge chair in front of vent to fix) I did not see an elevator which is fine for me, but could be issue for some. (There may have been one I did not see).

The staff were friendly and helpful; the room was large and clean; and the hotel has excellent views of the lake, as well as access to the water. It is located in walking distance of two good restaurants. Plenty of parking is available on site. The breakfast included in the room price offered scrambled egg and bacon.

Our room promised a view of the mountains and the lake. Many rooms had this - but the only view from our balcony was of the car park.

Great location and the lake access was superb. Also enjoyed the hot tub and breakfast was pretty decent.

I didn't like that there isn't any privacy curtains, so either you have blackout curtains or a total view of the parking lot. Also, the water sports are only free for a 1 time use. I think they should be unlimited for the nightly rate we paid. Most days they just sat unused. Final note is that the TVs are outdated. Would have been nice to have access to a streaming service on rainy days.

3 Starbucks coffee packs in the room instead of the usual two. Modern bathroom. Comfy beds. No stairs. Access was ground level.

Couldn't figure out how to divert the bath faucet to the shower head. Took extra time to discover the hidden diverter while I was standing there naked and cold waiting for my shower. I finally figured it out. Maybe a label or note would help.

The location is beautiful! The breakfast area is small, so most guests grab and go. The breakfast menu is small, only 2 hot dishes and the rest is basically grab and go. The grounds are well maintained with many options (beach, hot tub, pool, fire pit). Great getaway for our anniversary!

The check in staff member wasn't very personable or helpful when asked for restaurant selections. He basically just handed us a paper with area restaurants, which was disappointing. The breakfast sitting area would be nicer if it was bigger and if the menu had more options.

The Center Harbor Inn was beautiful! Everything was clean and in good working order.The staff was friendly and helpful…providing whatever we requested ( extra towels etc) The water view from your room is breathtaking. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the mornings and then used the kayaks to explore the harbor and watch the loons! The fire pit in the evening was an added treat !! highly recommend a stay that is a great value for your money.

Rooms are updated and there is complimentary continental breakfast available every morning. Many nice restaurants in the area just a short walk or drive away. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Can hear people coming in and out if on the ground floor, recommend asking for top floor
