Lovely little spot not far from the lake & within walking distance from Bank of NH Pavilion. Facilities were very clean, quiet and comfy. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Didn't get to sample the breakfast options as I had to be out the door before 7am the next morning, but I look forward to returning someday if I'm ever back in the area. The two pool areas looked inviting as well!

Regarding breakfast, I don’t mind that it’s a grab and go breakfast but if you want to eat there ( rather than your room) you have to find the breakfast room down the hall. We stayed in room 109 , which is right near the exit door to the parking lot. Convenient for us as we came in late from a concert but quite noisy in the morning when everyone was checking out. So something to consider.

We had a great time! We booked a King room and were on the ground level. Everything was very clean and spacious. While it is an older building they did a lot to modernize it. The bathroom was super clean and big. The mattress was comfortable and soft linens available. The pool was heated and the jaccuzzi was hot. Again very clean !!! And every person working there was super friendly. Defiantly customer oriented. They had a small grab and go breakfast that even included microwave egg, ham and bacon sandwiches, juices, coffees, muffins, danish. The room had a fridge, microwave and other amenities. We saw some cool old airplanes flying above and landing at the nearby airport. The outdoor pool was of course closed due to cold weather but I can see how this can be awesome in the summer.

I like how it had a pool and a hot tub and was only 10 minutes from everything

I want to the front desk because my fridge was not working and the AC but he like was like the ac shut off at a certain point but I can see the fridge is not up to standards it was not even cold. The beds were kinda hard to.

We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff were great. The grab and go breakfast was pretty good and the close proximity to the Bank of NH Pavilion was great! Would stay there again.

The only thing that was slightly annoying was being woken up by a plane taking off, but I guess that's to be expected since the Laconia airport is right there! Otherwise, no complaints.

The room was clean and comfortable. spacious. the pool was nice and so was the spa.

The continental breakfast could have been filled more, items ran out, so the verity was not great. I liked the breakfast sandwiches, can't remember if there were bagels but i didn't see any. otherwise, it was good,

Room hasn’t been cleaned properly (floating poo from the last guests in the toilet, dirty bath, shampoo and conditioner not refilled/replaced after last guest) but the rest of the room seemed ok! Pool didn’t open until 9am, which was a little frustrating, as we wanted to have used it earlier & been on our way by 9am!

The staff was extremely friendly (Elaine was super sweet and helpful), and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. So incredibly soft! This inn is also close to many local restaurants and gift shops!

Not really a dislike, but there were a few insects in the hallway. Considering that this is located near the woods and out in nature, this makes sense!

I liked the free newspaper and the complimentary breakfast

I couldn’t hear the lady at check in because the hole in the plastic is not where her mouth was. My fireplace in our room didn’t work and we told the desk 2 times never fixed. The coffee was like mud water , no fresh fruit, and only egg white sandwiches when I asked if they would replenish the egg sands they said they were wiped out it was 815 and breakfast goes til 10. Also I think pool should open before 9 am

The location was within walking distance of the bank of New Hampshire pavilion and close to many fun places for a family. We enjoyed fun spot the world largest arcade only 10 minutes away. Reason pricing and although a bit dated clean and comfortable all the amenities.

Overall I enjoyed the facility although it was dated.
