My daughter and I stayed here because we were going to the Bank of NH for Kidz Bop. The location was perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice.

Unfortunately we were going down all dressed to use the pool and it was closed. This was not really the fault of the staff or hotel because someone had an accident in it, so it was not safe to swim. However, my daughter was very disappointed.

Very nice lobby, overall very nice vibe.

The sofa bed in our suite was terrible. Our son had to put the very thin mattress on the floor to avoid the metal bars of the sofa bed cutting into his back. My husband and I had the king size bed, but it was somewhat slacking -- every time one of us rolled over, we would end up in the middle of the bed.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Signed us up for Marriott Rewards, too. Room had everything a traveler could want or need. Bed was super comfortable. Since the property is pet-friendly, we were able to have our son visit with his dog. Will absolutely stay again.

Though everything else was clean, there WAS a dirty sock on the floor upon check in. In the housekeeping staff's defense, the sock blended in almost perfectly with the carpet.

The location is perfect for us- near to everything we need and just a hop to other things( like the White Mountains. I love seeing the fireplace glowing on Winter evenings. The beds are always comfortable; I always find that extra blanket that I need. The towels are perfect! I’m considering ordering some from the Bonvoy site because I find that many modern towels feel uber soft and sumptuous but just don’t dry one well. Everyone behind the reception desk has been delightful. I love the kitchen! I am lactose intolerant so eating out is tricky. With the kitchen, I can always have food that won’t upset my apple cart.

This comment takes into account several different visits: Housekeeping, be sure to check the condition of the bathroom fan- they can gather dust. Be sure to check the glassware! I’m not sure if other guests wash poorly or if the dishwasher soap doesn’t always rinse but I’ve found some glasses needing a good wash. Lastly, the elevator gets a Lot of use and sometimes shows it.

Large room, full kitchen fully stocked with a dishwasher as well. Beds were very comfortable, the temperature control was excellent and the included breakfast was really good. I'll definitely stay here again!

The morning breakfast was great. Not any morning food places near by.

The bed pillows were not fluffy. Not comfortable at all. I told the staff to throw them out. For the area I thought the room cost was high.

It was so close to the venue

The Tv could be mounted on the wall is the only thing I can say. Which is really nothing that is a bad thing

The room. Comfortable, spacious, with a nice bathroom, big closet and a nicely equipped kitchenette. Good breakfast.

The fact they use disposable cuttlery, cups and plates for breakfast. They could cut their waste significantly if they used regular, non-disposable stuff.

The tub in our bathroom did not drain, it took quite awhile and every time you went to shower it was slippery due to residue of bath products sitting in water

The breakfast was good l had many choices. Everything was fresh and delicious. The area was clean and welcoming.

We ran out of regular coffee someone had to ask a staff member to bring more. Must have been busier than usual.
