Love the location. Suited our needs for one night. Last minute organiziation. Very good value would consider returning for a longer stay. Good communication and information via email.

My only complaint and don’t really want to call it a complaint more like a suggestion. Our stay was in early August (very warm). Check in is not until 4:00 pm they need to turn the AC unit on at least an hour before check in, the room was very hot especially the bathroom and we had a function to get ready for an hour 1/2 after check in so never really got cooled down. Toilet seats are cheap replace the one in unit 5 very wobbly.

There was no breakfast. We had the little house. Extremely easy check in & out. The young girl at the desk was very kind and helpful. We needed more bathroom tissue the hskp was back in 2 min if that.

The bathroom is a little small other then that perfect location to the beach and restaurant

The friendly staff and the flexibility of check in and out. And the cute corgi!!!!!! I have stayed here many times over the years mostly when we are attending concerts. The perfect location also.

Close to the venue we were seeking out. Staff was very responsive when we had a concern. Dogs allowed!

Sink leaked but, they were prompt in trying to remedy the situation. Handle fell off the shower when we turned it on. Pool wasn't open but, it was early.

Please know my comments are not to complain simply to inform you to help make you aware cottages really are super cute

The bathroom seems to have a slant under the building and you feel like you are going to break toilet from stand when you sit ( it leans and makes a noise. Like it wants to break free from floor).....also coffee maker is extremely small we had to drive our to go and get a coffee - disappointed and the fridge did not seem to be temp controlled I placed some things in there and the rug was all wet in the morning and things were not exactly cold ..... But we actually really like the cottages and would like to stay with you again great location and I was able to have my 10 lb Yorkie along we had a lovely walk to beach in the morn 😊

Great location! We stayed in the little green cottage (#7) and the cottages were adorable from the outside. The remote checkin process was smooth and easy. This was great for a quick two night trip but I wouldn’t be able to spend more than that in the smaller cottages. The enclosed front porch was nice to leave wet things out in but it was missing hooks off any kind at all.

The green #7 cottage we stayed in was very small, dark and dingy. The bathroom didn’t have anywhere except a narrow, dirty window ledge to put a makeup bag because the medicine cabinet was tiny and too filthy. The cottage has a nasty brown carpet in it and cheap WalMart curtains. There is a small, open closet to hang clothes but the cottage only has four mismatched plastic hangers and one of the hangers was broken. The fridge was dirty and rusty and barely cool when we got there but did eventually get cold after we changed the setting to “coldest”. We didn’t touch the coffee maker or TV. This room served our purpose but it was just me son traveling. If my husband and daughter were with us this would not have been adequate. It was adorable from the outside but inside was pretty gross.

Staff, location and adorable cottages. Cleanliness. This was out of the norm for me but something I wanted to try. We usually stay in higher end hotels. Will be back. Linens were clean and bed was comfortable.

I thought the location was good. The place was smaller than expected I thought I was getting a ccabin but ended up with a attached room.

We absolutely Love the area! My family enjoyed being close to the boardwalk and that we could have our dog with us on our vacation. My boys enjoyed having the train go by right out our window in our room. They also loved having a pool to cool off in.

Unfortunately the beds were super uncomfortable. Water in the bathroom smelled strange and was not ideal for brushing your teeth. Otherwise no complaints!

Great location, we were able to walk the strip, have some drinks, and walk back to our room. We watched many bikes pass by, enjoyed the atmosphere, and had a great time. Will book again for next year for sure!
