It was very clean, I had very kettle interaction with the staff, but when I did they were friendly.

I happened to check the room rate on the day I arrived, it had dropped from $100.00 a night to $90.00 a night. I mentioned it but was still charged the $100 00 night. The hotel advertises a free continental breakfast. The breakfast room was spotless, although to me, the setup had a cold and sterile feel to it with the machines for do it yourself foods. No real human interaction. I eat gluten-free, very limited selection. I always travel with my own food, even on day trips. My stay was midweek in January . Off-season for sure.

We were very surprised that our room had a door with direct access to the pool! We loved the game room as well. We all felt the beds were very comfortable! And I have a gluten and dairy allergy so I asked at breakfast for assistance. They handed me a very nicely and quick, easy to read binder that was their allergy binder. I knew exactly what I could eat and had a great breakfast!

We wish it had a hot tub and that the pool opened earlier than 10am. Also this is not about the hotel but the area didn’t seem to have much for restaurants unfortunately.

Everything was very nice clean we did not have breakfast but I can imagine that it was very good. We stayed in a room with a view of the pool which was really nice but the room smelled a lot like chlorine/bleach but it was a very nice and comfortable stay would definitely recommend it. The only thing with the Wi-Fi very hard to get Wi-Fi connection in and around the property and I'm assuming because of the mountains.

The Wi-Fi said it was not a secure connection did not have a password very hard to get on and when you left the property there was no internet into town

I liked most things about the hotel. It was what I expected for Best Western. Would recommend and visit again. I liked the bathroom mirror that you push to turn on the lights around the border. I liked the body wash. Decent breakfast. Room was clean. Nice game room with better than usual arcade games. Friendly staff.

I didn't like that there were no towel racks in the bathroom to hang your washcloth or towel dry. I thought the wash cloth was a little bit rough. Would work well if it were used for exfoliating. Water pressure for shower was pretty weak.

Clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly and attentive. I was extremely impressed with the gentleman attending to the complementary breakfast on 12/28/24. He assisted guests and constantly checked the quantity of remaining food or cleaned tables as they became available. I have never encountered someone so attentive at a hotel free breakfast.

They had a nice outdoor area with adirondack chairs and a firepit, picnic tables. it was nice to have an outdoor space to enjoy also. They had a fireworks display on July 4th. The complimentary breakfast was really good!! Staff was excellent

our room had some very sloppy tile work in the bathroom but was very clean.

The breakfast was perfect and the gentleman tending the breakfast room was outstanding. We did have a chance to use the pool and that was perfect. The environment was pleasant clean.

I have to be honest I cannot think of a single thing that you need to improve on. Everyone I came in contact was pleasant and accommodating.

Staff was so friendly and everything was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had so many options! I had chocolate chip pancakes with fruit and a coffee. The lounge area was also very comfortable to read in.

I'm usually very frugal when it comes to hotels, but I decided to splurge on this one. I'm glad I did because everything was lovely, but the price to me was a bit high. I only stayed one night because two nights was way outside my budget.

The Best Western Plymouth White Mountains is really a motel, but with some additional features like an indoor games room, an indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna!! Access by car was easy, being located just off the Interstate. Reception was easy and helpful. Our room was good (overlooking the swimming pool) and was comfortable. Breakfast was standard hot American buffet - perfectly acceptable. There is no restaurant in the motel and limited restaurant choices immediately nearby - we drove to nearby Plymouth to eat in a local grille bar - a very good meal in pleasant surroundings. We were very happy with our choice of accommodation at Campton for the one night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was centrally located to all the White Mountain attractions. Breakfast was excellent. We will definitely go back for our next vacation to the White Mountains.
