Great location. Clean, comfortable room. Common areas could use more attention to cleaning. Large youth hockey group and families had taken over common area and were letting their kids run rampant through hotel on Saturday afternoon. Not the staff’s fault, but it was annoying. Hotel was quiet at night. Breakfast was adequate. Easy parking.

Front desk employee disappeared for a while (presumably to eat dinner). Had left a “Be back at (time)” sign but was still not there for at least a good 20 minutes after said return time. We needed plastic utensils and finally gave up on trying to find her, after going back multiple times to see if she had returned. Also, unpleasant stale cigarette smell emanating from front desk on the Saturday we arrived. Smell was gone next day when we checked out.

Everything. The continental breakfast was home made. The staff really cares. Love the living room feel with the fireplace and the view of the mountains. Excellent price includes freedom pass . I swam laps in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub at the fitness center. The room was clean and comfy.. There is an upstairs family area with a huge couch frig TV books and games for old fashioned family entertainment. The woman at the desk made sure I didn't need anything . And they also had an emergency after hours number I could call if need be .

There was a huge wedding tent set up outside our room. I didn’t pay over $300 for our walls to vibrate and listen to a bass all night that night. Very upset about that. No little fridge in the room which is very inconvenient especially when on a special diet and had to meal prep. The community fridge was packed with no more room.

It had a nice comfy feel,you feel at home here,They have a nice selection for breakfast hot or cold,And if you have any allergies they will accommodate you,Love the little village in Waterville Valley you have everything you need with just a couple minutes walk out the door

Only problem I had was the water pressure in my shower was not good,but I had other family members that stayed in other rooms and they had no problems,with a little fix of the shower everything would be perfect

Very well located property right in the heart of Waterville Valley. The shuttle picked us up for skiing and the free breakfast was a nice surprise!

The only thing we didn’t like was that the coffee was empty during the time we went to breakfast, and it was refilled but when we came back it was empty again

The environment is quite and the hotel is close to Waterville Town Hall. It is a great place to take a break. Breakfast is included in the room rate and it was marvellous. Little variety but were tasteful.

The location is somewhat remote and it is a 15 minutes drive from #93. Watervile town has nothing and all shops, restaurants and facilities all closed before 8pm. It did not have Gym Room but guest can use the Waterville Althetic Club facilities which is opened from 8am.

Worked out great for a family trip.

It would be good to have breakfast go a little later than 9am for the non-skiers. The other issue was that I left a puffer vest hanging in the closet and was hoping someone from the hotel would find it and let me know so that I could pay for shipping back to me. I did get a return call from Amber which was nice, but the vest had not been found.

It’s rustic and comfortable feel. I also loved that it’s in the mountains and was a 2 minute walk from the venue of the Warriors conference 2024. The breakfast was a plus because some of our colleagues staying at other hotels in the area said their hotels did not serve as much food as Silver Fox Inn did.

Perfect place to use as a base for skiing. Took the shuttle to the mountain (10 minutes). Clean and great breakfast. We loved having access to the pool across the street. Would stay again.

Only complaint is that the room was super dry at night and too hot.

Good location, very friendly staff and absolutely delicious breakfast included.

Room didn’t have a refrigerator. No place to lock up our bicycles so we had to leave them on the back of the car even when we took day trips and were not using them.
