Reading other reviews, I had fairly low expectations. But both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised. It's an older facility, but immaculately clean and comfortable - and quiet.

Coffee maker didn't get water hot enough (but the fridge was a pleasant surprise)., and hair dryer didn't work (but we didn't need it). I told the owner about these when we checked out, and she thanked me and wrote them down and promised to replace them. What more could you ask.

Couldn't beat the price. The proximity to hiking trails and restaurants. The bed was actually comfy. The bathroom was updated and nice. Mountain views. There was a small fridge which was great.

The outdated bedding, not a deal breaker though.. obviously. No microwave or sugar/creamer packets for coffee. No vending machine.

The location was ideal, and the place was Clean and felt very well cared-for! The bed was perfect for me, if a little firm for my husband. It smelled clean, and was excellent! I felt safe and secure.

Just that the Soda Vending machine wasn’t turned on. No issues!

The room (#120) was very clean, modern. The bathroom looked like it was recently remodeled and was pretty sweet.

The exterior (the steps and decking and railings) could use some remodeling, or at least a fresh coat of paint. Same with the old mats outside of most doors. Anyone judging from the exterior might get a wrong impression of the quality rooms within.

Great value! I didn't know what to expect at this price, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, in good condition, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The room was small, but it was all I could want as a place to sleep after a day skiing. I highly recommend it.

Very convenient to the locations I was working at. Quiet at night. I could open the windows to keep the room cool without having to listen to the A/C.

It took me a few tries to figure out how the key cards worked.

The room was very clean, had a nice view, had a comfy but creaky bed and the staff was very pleasant. We were located close to things we liked too. Coffee was available in the room as were a table and two comfortable dining chairs. Goid value!

Since the toilets were very low, they could either install new ,higher toilets, add some grab bars next to the toilets or have plastic seat risers available if guests request one. They should make availability of them known to every registered guest. It was very challenging getting up from the toilet. My husband is tall. I am tall and handicapped.

We were in room 117 and called the front desk and they responded very quickly to our needs

The only thing that I would change is the curtain in the shower. It should have a curved bar with a curtain that is waterproof.

The staff was wonderful, they let us check in late and worked with us. They were very accommodating, they even turned on the ac unit so we could have the sound of a fan to sleep which we both need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lincoln.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and worked with us to make everything work out perfectly.

peaceful, friendly + helpful staff, very clean

no hot tub, but we knew that when booking.. just something that could possibly be added in the future The bed caused us a few aches because it wasn’t as soft as the one we have at home but every body is different
