The hotel reception and probably some rooms are under innovation/reconstruction but dont worry you will have feeling that they want to jave new interiors and to be more comfortable for their guests. Location in middle od white mountains near to some attractions (like aerial tramway etc.). Very good breakfest.

Little bit noisy. You can hear every step on hallway. Door could be more soundproof

Breakfast was easy and we appreciated the fresh fruit - bananas. Coffee was available and a great start to the day. Frequent refreshing of the hot food

The rooms were currently going through renovation. Ours had some water damage present to the bathroom cabinets but appeared to have not been updated yet. Nice to see they are working to improve facilities and keeping really open at the same time!

Bathroom very clean with new fixtures and good shower; convenient parking and access; bed was very comfortable; in-room climate control very functional; bacon and eggs at breakfast were delicious.

Unfortunately they were doing some work that created a little messiness and interfered with access a bit but I’m sure that’s temporary; one of the curtain tracks had a screw protruding that stopped curtain from opening all the way.

I have stayed here many times with my daughters and we always enjoy our stay. We love being able to wake up, get some breakfast and go to the pool. After that we head to Littleton and go shopping. Always a great time for us. We were also pleasantly surprised to see the room had been updated.

The bathrooms could be a little cleaner.

Convenient location. Very comfortable bed! Good breakfast. Loved being able to get coffee 24 hours. Close enough to a lot of attractions without being so close to the crowds.

The location is good for hiking nearby. We used the pool a lot. The waffle maker for breakfast was a nice bonus. There are restaurants a short drive away.

The hotel was a bit dated and dingy, for example the carpets and lobby. More like a motel.

Personable check-in. Comfortable room/bathroom/bed/etc. Nice fridge (size) with freezer compartment. Great breakfast (warm). Short drive to grocery store.

Quite a long walk to the ice machine. Open Wifi (prefer pw protected). Hotel is undergoing a partial remodeling.

The room was very nice with a nice view of the mountains. I also loved that the window opened so we could let in the fresh air. It was a nice cool night. The location, easily accessible from the interstate and close to Franconia, was a real plus.

It was clean, comfortable, and updated. The breakfast was free and very good (the kids loved the pancake machine!). Every staff member we interacted with was exceptional (coming from a former hotel employee of the Mirage in Las Vegas I know what good service should look like). We were thrilled that they had a room for us because the expensive resort we booked first gave us a room with no A/C during a heat advisory! I was also very very happy that we were able to leave one day early without penalty as the weather on our final day was forecasted to be terrible. I would 100% stay here again and was very impressed overall.

It’s not the property’s fault, but it would be nice if some food places delivered there late.
