The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, well furnished and very spacious. Wi-fi worked well. No housekeeping services were provided during our stay, which becoming the norm. Short drive to Littleton, where we ate most of our evening meals.

The breakfast selection was all high carbohydrate items such as bagels, bread, bananas, or high sugar such as the cereal selection or the yogurt dispenser. There was no protein available other than small cups of peanut butter. Need to be aware of this if you have any special dietary requirements.

Treat yourself!! Loved the queen suite at the end of the hall. It had LOADS of space. Great light with lots of big windows. Table with 4 chairs for eating, or working. 2 armchairs for comfortable sitting. A jacuzzi tub bonus. The included breakfast had plenty of choices. The lobby is also spacious with cozy spaces for gathering. The outdoor courtyard a super place for morning coffee. It would be a great space for a longer stay, or a family.

The pool area was excellent, featuring a sauna, bathrooms equipped with showers, and a convenient changing area. The water was warm, and the kids had a great time enjoying the facilities.

The Chandler hotel offered a variety of breakfast options, but unfortunately, none were gluten-free. Additionally, the protein choices, such as eggs and sausages, were neither appetizing nor particularly healthy. The room itself could have benefitted from a loveseat or sofa to provide a more comfortable lounging area.

The lobby was very nice and welcoming. Our room was amazing! We got a surprise upgrade to a suite with two separate bedrooms and the room was so nice and spacious. It had a small kitchenette area, but not microwave or cooking area, just really a sink and a refrigerator and a table. The common areas were nice. The kids had a blast in the pool, that was clean, nice and warm and comfortable. The game room was nice but it was very expensive at a dollar per game so we didn’t play anything, yes the kids were disappointed but it was ridiculously expensive. Also the token machine only took cash, which is very archaic these days lol, There’s an area were snacks and drinks are sold at the front desk and free breakfast in the morning with good variety! No restaurant in the building but there’s a few nice ones really close to the hotel for takeout if wanted. Overall a very nice stay! Would definitely stay there again!

Not much. Really wish there were some free games for the kids to play in the game room. Maybe not all of them but something to do for free, other than the pool. Maybe some board games ? Maybe lower the prices of the games or at least make it credit card friendly !

This was a nice place to stay. Loved the corner room, the windows, the light; nice, comfortable room. Breakfast was good.

No electrical outlet at the desk. When we told the manager about this he was very polite but suggested I look again. THERE IS NO ELECTRICAL OUTLET AT THE DESK! I crawled under it 2-3 times. Also in order to access the electrical outlets at the bed the night stands had to be pulled out. What??? The bathtub was dangerously slippery. Never experienced anything like it. Shocked no one ever complained about this.

Room is very nice with separate area with sofa and t.v. Modern decor and lighting. Bathroom has plenty of towels, shower has good water pressure and hot water, and very well designed with mirror behind door. Main room with king size bed had good lighting and felt homey. There was even a fridge and sink area in room, and microwave available across the hall. The pool was heated and was very nice.

The bed was just OK, a little soft, and the pillows were too puffy. The breakfast lacked variety. It consisted of packaged sugary danishes, toasts, packaged sugary cereals, a few pieces of fresh fruit. Second time visiting this hotel and the sauna/steam was still broken, eight months later. They also charged a $7 resort fee, which seemed unreasonable given that not all the "resort" amenities were available.

It was a nice location and the hotel was clean comfortable. We liked the game room. The nicest part was Brian at the front desk. I was doing laundry and the washing machine kept eating my quarters and Brian had to come down with me several times to assist. He was friendly and helpful each time. He needs a raise😊

Just might need to get a new washing machine?

I looked at several hotels before booking. I ended up choosing this one based on the price, photos, and reviews. It was a 30 minute drive from where I was working, but so worth it. I’m happy I decided on this stay. Staff was very friendly. Decor is fun and classy. Room was so clean. Bathroom and bed were both so nice. It was a luxury hotel experience at a super reasonable price. The building itself is older, but lots of upgrades make it feel nice and new. The breakfast was small, but definitely adequate with coffee, oatmeal, yogurt, danishes etc. The pool and gaming area are great too.

I have no complaints. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

For a complimentary breakfast l thought it had alot to offer also the staff that did the breakfast was very nice! The girl that was on the desk working that night was very nice and exceptional! I had left a comment about l asked for a king with a sofa bed and the booking said l had an acceptable king bed room and she noticed and took care of that and got me in the right room that l asked for! She also came to the room and asked if we needed any help my friend and l are both disabled she helped my friend with the sofa bed she was so accommodating to anything that we asked her! She is a very friendly and a very nice person! She gave us a very warm feeling and the rest of the staff was very nice and friendly also it makes me want to come back! Which l plan on doing! I was very pleased!

I think the complimentary breakfast had quite a few choices like l said but hot breakfast would be great! I also understand that there was construction going on and they were not able to do that the man that was doing the breakfast said in the very near future said the hot breakfast will be coming back! So looking forward to that!

The room was spotless and beds were comfortable.Breakfast was very good. Lots of different foods to choose from. waffles, eggs, hash browns, fruit, yogurt, cinnamon raisin bread, bagels,Blueberry muffins, chocolate chip muffins and apple muffins. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate.

Rooms are a little too expensive
