Staff was exceptional especially the bartenders. I have been a long time visitor and has not been back in years, happy to see some of the old decor taken down. Breakfast buffet was great as it's been for quite some years.

I didn't like the small refrigerator in room 305. My thought is if you pay a lot for a room the amenities should be a lot better. The refrigerator should have been slightly bigger. The pool towels were not available close to the pool, so I was not a fan walking to the front desk to grab one. Too many young children in the hot tub, very annoying and uncomfortable at times.

Good proximity to downtown Lincoln but not too close. There are two buildings (one on each side of the road). We stayed in the building across the office. Bathroom was great for functionality and privacy (had interior and exterior sinks). Had all the essentials.

Room was a bit dark, some road noise if the A/C was not turned on, bathroom ceiling panels were sagging/not placed properly, and some furniture/trims were damaged/misaligned. The walk from the car to our room was a bit strange since there was a height difference so that you had to walk around quite a bit to get to the room.

The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. My boyfriend and I only stayed for one night but the accommodations were peaceful and comfortable. There were plenty of amenities to enjoy. We particularly loved the pool and the pedal boats. The views were immaculate and the staff was beyond kind. Breakfast is not included, but there is a restaurant on property that serves an all you can eat breakfast buffet for a very reasonable price. My boyfriend and I both agreed that our stay here was the highlight of our road trip. We will definitely be returning soon! The location and views it offers are nearly unbeatable. In comparison with other places I've stayed, it is kept pretty clean. The restaurant is convenient, as during ski season many of the restaurants in town can have very long waits for a table (60-90 minutes, no reservations). It also offers a breakfast buffet (additional charge) that has many decent selections.

Not very controllable by the staff - but walls and floors do not absorb sound. SO: if you are a light sleeper, and/or have a small child - being adjacent to or above a loud group can make a reasonably peaceful night challenging.

The dinner and service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazing. The gift shop was so much fun. The bath tabs were super deep and large. The view was so pretty.

The indoor pool was cold. I was looking forward to it being heated. The shower pressure wasn't good. I didn't like the kids running at all hours of the day through the halls. It seemed as though the parents were allowing them to do whatever and disturb the other hotel guests. The kids were running around the resteraunt and getting very close to other people's tables during dinner and the parents/adults were not being attentive. So I just think there should be a little more ways to make it enjoyable for a couple that's there with no kids. Maybe seat kids and couples without kids separately. Make sure the kids aren't running through halls at 7 am and 9 pm at night.

The resort is ideally located to The Ice castles and loon mountain. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed that we could snow tube right onsite as well. The restaurants food was good as well. The staff was also very responsive and friendly.

The resort has repair projects that are needed in the indoor and outdoor pool area. (Likely waiting for warmer weather to complete) The pools also could have used cleaning more frequently, particularly mid day, early afternoon. The rooms, while very clean, could use some updating.

This stay was one of the best stays I have had in such a long time. The resort is absolutely amazing. Peaceful. Beautiful views that are breathtaking. And most importantly Kid friendly. My twin 6 yr olds had the time of their lives. The Manager, (I believe) was so helpful and understanding. I booked incorrectly online and he fixed my mistake effortlessly, with ease and beyond my expectation. I was beyond pleased to have been able to spend my time there and will absolutely return with my family. Thank u Indian head for such peace.

I was a part of a team that use to bring 4th graders to visit the sites in the area for NH history. We stayed in the cottages. I loved the area and wanted my grandchildren to experience it. We only stayed one night, after visiting Santa’s Village in Jefferson. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and walk around the pond. There was resurfacing being done on the parking lot but that in no way interfered with our great time. As an inconvenience bonus, the resort gave us a gift certificate of 50% off another stay, even though there was literally no inconvenience!! We will see you next summer! Thank you!

We should have stayed longer! It was a short visit!

The pool is nice and deep, the hot tubs are beautiful with a wonderful view, the breakfast buffet has many great fresh varieties. They even had high chair for my toddler which was incredibly helpful. The resort restaurant has a beautiful view with a lot of natural light.

My room had a clogged sink which wasn’t a big deal because there are two sinks in the room otherwise everything was wonderful.

They resort was awesome. Room was clean, beds comfortable, water was hot. Pool and hot tub amazing.

Unfortunately the entertainment was bad. Travis Cyr. We couldn't understand any of the words he was saying, all muddled. Plus there weren't any that were popular. Even the kids weren't dancing. We were here last September and this one woman sang great hits everyone danced and sang along. Get her back often.
