Housekeeping very average (didn’t change sheets even once during our entire weeklong stay; bed was made up shoddily) Bedding (both the king bed and the sofa bed) was very uncomfortable Air-conditioning was loud and made the room feel and smell very muggy

The size of the room the staff checking in the breakfast was all amazing. The pool was amazing. First hotel I have gotten in a while where the pool was actually open and I truly appreciate that.

However, where I had a hard time was the underside of the toilet bowl in my room had an unbelievable amount of piss just dripping off the bottom of the bowl and I don't mean new pee like my son just peed on the toilet. I mean Peta has been sitting there for a while and I definitely have pictures if you need but that's my only complaint. I'm

Very friendly staff at check-in and check-out. The breakfast has a good variety to choose from and there are always employees in the area ensuring the space is kept clean, tidy and stocked for breakfast hours.

There's nothing we don't like about this hotel. This is my #1 choice for location, value, everything. I won't stay anywhere else in Lincoln, NH if I can help it. We love the breakfast that's included. The staff there work hard to keep the facilities clean. Thank you!

Location and pricing were good. Better than expected breakfast selections. Beds were comfortable and shower was clean and had very hot water. Jacuzzi was great especially after a long day of skiing/snowboarding. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Also recommend going to the Woodstock Inn for dinner. (Also lots of good options in that area which is only a few minutes away)

The pool needed to be warmer, it was actually chilly but felt good if you went from the hot jacuzzi to the pool and back.

The breakfast is probably the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel and we travel a lot. Every staff member was super friendly and helpful. Alex was great at the front desk. Location was great. Could walk too many different restraunts and was 2 minutes to get to Kancamangus as well as only 40 minutes from the cog railway.

Towels were kinda thin. Did not have a water fountain/water bottle refill station. We were directed to the juice machine to refill our water bottles and a standard 12 oz water doesn’t fit under the spout very well

The staff was very accommodating. Alessandro was especially helpful in getting us checked in early and signing us up for rewards. It was the most pleasant and easiest check-in we have ever had.

The breakfast was ok. The heating trays didn't really keep the food warm, though. Having a microwave in that area would be helpful.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed and polite staff.

Having to eat off of styrofoam plates with cheap plastic cutlery made the mediocre breakfast seem worse than it was. Using real dishes and real silverware makes for a much better dining experience and reduces lots of problematic single use plastic waste. Please Holiday Inn lead by example.

From the moment we walked in the door Alessandro and Nick the front desk employees greeted us and were so pleasant the entire stay!! The room was clean and breakfast was great in the morning! Also great location and close to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend! We’ll be back for sure!

The room had great space, breakfast was also a hit with us. The pancake maker my daughter loved and the variety of choice was great. Clean rooms, loved the shower & water pressure.

It kind of felt a little "haunted". a few random items falling & both TVs turning on in the middle of the night was kind of creepy.
