The location of the resort was really close to downtown. The room was clean and was a good size.

Tbe bed was not that comfortable. The only thing I was not a fan was having to strip the bed and placing all the towels in a laundry bag. Not that it is a hard thing but why am I doing someone's job for them. You also needed to take out the trash as well. There was an envelope left for tips. Why would you tip someone who did nothing. There was no house keeping the entire time we were there. I have never really stayed at resort before so maybe this normal.

The fully stocked kitchen was great, the fireplace, balcony, climate control, linens and towels kept everything comfortable. The curtains kept things dark when desired, and the sound of the river across the road was very soothing at night. Everyone was very friendly and check in was easy and informative.

There was a hair on the bed that wasn't ours. The cutting board in the kitchen was dirty and flipped dirty side down on the counter. The kitchen surfaces themselves were a bit smeary/greasy.

Across the street from Loon. So much nicer than being stuck in a hotel room. We were there during the eclipse. Everywhere around us was price gouging. The Village kept its regular rates. It’s not a Luxury condo. If you don’t have to have granite, a jetted tub, or house cleaning. This is an excellent choice for families.

Pool closes at 6:00 pm, it a rush if you ski. The kids don’t understand why it closes so early They are changing the fireplace over from gas to electric. So it was disconnected.

The resort is set in the woods, away from the main road, so it's very secluded and peaceful. We had great views across the valley to the mountains on the other side. The unit was spacious and comfortable. We liked the swimming pools (indoor and outdoor).

The kitchen was a little cramped and perhaps not fully equipped for self-catering. The mattress on the fold-out sofa bed could do with a refresh. The decor was a bit 1980s. There's a laundry, but no detergent available (so we had to go and buy a whole bottle from the local supermarket, just to do one load of washing).

Nice 1 bedroom condo, good location, good view., clean, with helpful staff.

Two small issues. There is a machinery rumble every hour or two, for 1-2 minutes, heard only in our particular (end) unit. It can be bothersome if you are a light sleeper. Also, the beds were fine, but we both found the pillows too hard and uncomfortable. Usually, we sleep well on vacation, but it wasn't

The unit we ended up with was on the second floor with a great view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable, there were ample towels and the kitchen had a large refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove/oven and microwave. There was a full set of kitchen utensils, bowls, cooking pans. Everything was neat, orderly and clean. The unit was extremely clean overall and roomy, too... perfect for two people like us. The balcony was super, extra large and the furniture throughout was very comfortable. There is ample parking on the grounds. If tennis is your thing they have something like 12 courts. There are two outdoor pools though one is dedicated to water polo. There are also two indoor pools, a sauna and a jacuzzi. A woman at the lobby desk told us the indoor pools were heated but they didn't feel that way. Still the temperature of the water was good. We recommend this location and would like to return in the future.

Our room was not ready when we arrived even though we arrived at the appropriate time. I was a little worried when, right before our stay, we were provided with a link that gave you the rundown. In that rundown they mention about you having patience if your room is not ready when you arrive. It makes me think this issue is common. Another item we didn't like... and maybe this is not entirely the fault of The Village at Loon... but some of the clientele are rather noisy. Ghetto blasters blaring at the poolside. Noisy next door neighbors. People talking outside rather loudly until almost midnight. Just be forewarned that it isn't necessarily a quiet place... at least not in the middle of the summer.

The indoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, and outdoor pool were all very clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk and the pool facilities were all very friendly and helpful. We've stayed at many locations in Lincoln for the NH Highland Games, this was by far our favorite place.

There really wasn't much we found to complain about during our short stay.

I’ve been going there with my parents since I was 14 years old. I am now 55…if that’s any indication how much we love it there.

Wish there was a cafe…that would be nice…or a convenience store, like there used to be years ago.

Clean room, great location, waking distance to pools

Surprised check in wasn’t available until after 4. Loud construction on tennis courts outside room. Sewage/ urine odor by the outdoor pool (when sitting on the chairs by the entrance).

There was plenty of room in the condo. The stairs were a little tough. A bit outdated in condo, but clean.

Pools were dirty, my daughter is a lifeguard/swim instructor and would not swim in them. The game room and fitness center need updating.
