Staff was friendly. Game room was fun. Pool and hot tub had a pretty backdrop of mountains. Good for families with kids, lots of kids there. Kitchen in our condo apartment was good with full size fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, and toaster. There were dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, large bowls, measuring cups, and a hand mixer too. There was dish washing liquid, a sponge scrubber, dish drying towel, paper towels, and 2 dish washer detergent packets. There were sheets, towels, and beach towels. We liked sitting on the balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, good for drinking coffee in the morning. We could watch people playing tennis on the tennis courts. The king size bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. It was a very convenient location for Lincoln and White Mountain attractions.

The coffee maker wasn't clean, but my husband was able to walk to the front desk and get keurig coffee there. I wish the pool and hot tub stayed open later than 8 pm because we'd get back from hiking and dinner around 8 and miss the opportunity to use them. We had to do a few chores before checking out, which was a little weird and could be difficult for some people (take the sheets off the bed and bag them up with any used towels. Take trash to the dumpster in the parking lot.) There was a gratuity envelope on the dresser, and we left a tip, but I expect cleaning staff to do the sheets and trash.

I had a 2 bedroom suite and was pleasantly surprised to find an additional loft room with 2 more beds. There is plenty of storage, basic kitchen items, plenty of towels, and bedding. The kids loved the small playground and it's super close to all the attractions you come to the area for!

There was an incredible amount of dust stuck to the ceiling of the living room and kitchen. While there was a broom, there was no vacuum and with 3 young kids a vacuum would have been very helpful. While they don't own the pool house and those facilities it would have been good if it was open a little later especially the game room.

Great facility, excellent staff and a prime location right in Lincoln. The room was comfortable, the linens were nice and fresh, the hotel provided plenty of complimentary things like soap, detergent, piles of fresh towels, etc. Full size kitchen with full size appliances were fantastic. Plenty of air conditioning and heating units throughout to keep you comfortable. Easy check in, easy checkout. And the loft was awesome. Great value for the price, too.

A little more attention to vacuuming the unit. But, given that was my only concern, that's an easy fix.

The check out procedures are a bit annoying. You have to strip all of the beds and bag up all linen in these tiny laundry bags they provide, plus take out all trash and run the dishwasher and be out by 10am (tiny bit early when you have to do all this imo). This wouldn't bother me, but they also leave an envelope for a tip for housekeeping when they dont stop in at all during your stay (I didn't care about this) and they are left a unit that is mostly cleaned

Location was perfect for doing hiking and other fun things around the area. We had plenty of room in our condo, the view of the mountain was beautiful from our balcony. Easy to find, no issues with parking and the area felt safe and secure.

The pool was not open at convenient hours. Gone during the day and by the time we got back to our place the pool was closed for the night. So we didn’t get to enjoy the pools even though it was extremely hot and would have been nice to do so.

This was my second time in the place last time i got 2 bedrooms apartment and i liked i got this time 1 bedroom apartment and i loved too nice clean and good space a little more affordable then the 2 bedroom was kind of expensive

Only thing I don’t really like is mostly of the hotels and places have laundry to people to use you don’t have people who stays for over 3 days they really need a laundry

The location of the resort was really close to downtown. The room was clean and was a good size.

Tbe bed was not that comfortable. The only thing I was not a fan was having to strip the bed and placing all the towels in a laundry bag. Not that it is a hard thing but why am I doing someone's job for them. You also needed to take out the trash as well. There was an envelope left for tips. Why would you tip someone who did nothing. There was no house keeping the entire time we were there. I have never really stayed at resort before so maybe this normal.

We ate in our condo every day because the facilities were perfect. We did have a heavy cooler and had to get it up the to the 3rd floor but the kindest maintenance man took it up for us! The playground for our grandson was close and he made a great friend and so did we. We had tickets for two attractions in town and our condo location was so near to them.

Clean & comfortable. New years away with my boys and ended booking at waterville valley one night as there was nothing in the area happening

Location is far from town. Overpriced! Not much on the property. Looks sad and rundown on the outside. Inside is ok tons of pools and hot tubs indoor. Had on jacuzzi outside which is why i booked but was not working. Butttt if your here to ski id say great location as loon mountain is across the street

The fully stocked kitchen was great, the fireplace, balcony, climate control, linens and towels kept everything comfortable. The curtains kept things dark when desired, and the sound of the river across the road was very soothing at night. Everyone was very friendly and check in was easy and informative.

There was a hair on the bed that wasn't ours. The cutting board in the kitchen was dirty and flipped dirty side down on the counter. The kitchen surfaces themselves were a bit smeary/greasy.
