Breakfast could improve dramatically. I love a warm breakfast, but this was more of the continental kind. Location was great, as pretty much all accommodations are in the same vicinity. I know it was late in the season, but I hate when all the amenities, stores, restaurants all throw on the towel early and only open on the the final few weekends.

Water flushing was a bit weak. Had to get a plunger from the front desk, which had one readily available as someone else had just used it. Then a very weird thing happened while I was at the desk studying for my assessments, the flat screen TV just fell forward and off the dresser. One of the flimsy plastic legs just reached maximum fatigue and snapped off under the weight of the TV. Frontdesk quickly found a replacement that suffered no repeat incidents, but that first TV falling startled me to no end.

The staff was really nice, we were there for the ice castle event and our entry time didn’t start Until later in the afternoon, but we were able to spend most of the morning in the lobby and game room, and the staff even offered some cake when we played board game. The room is great for its value, there were 2 bathrooms in our room, great for a group.

We were a group of 5 and one of us has to sleep on the sofa bed, unfortunately the sofa bed wasn’t cushioned really well and you can kind of feel the spring when you are on it. It feels better / not as obvious when you sleep on your back flat and apply equal pressure on the bed.

Spacious rooms comfortable beds. Family friendly, lots of amenities included in stay. A little dated in the common areas but overall nice. Plan on checking in when staff are there. I think anything after 8pm your on your own.

Check in process after hours is convoluted. Not enough staff to assist during the day/evening. Request for towels on day 2 (cleaning staff was directly in the hallway rather than interrupt them, we requested towels at their leisure) so it ended with no towels resulted in me going downstairs requesting more. The vending machines don't work properly. No additional sheets upon arrival late, with little assistance to obtain some before bed time with a family with a long commute.

needs a country breakfast did not like the continental breakfast mini refrigerator leaked our food, no temperature gauge in refrigerator, smell of alcohol in closet as you entered the room but went away putting air conditioner on for a bit, only had odor as you entered room ..(closet area) couch in room kind of gross, appears that it can attract all sorts of bugs..we did not see any..room needs to be updated coffee pot dusty dirty..did not dare use it..

The pool could have looked cleaner and rugs were worn and upstairs bathroom was in need of repair pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable

The staff are nice and helpful. The room is spacious and well-equipped--there is even a microwave!

The breakfast could be better by offering more choices. It is acceptable considering it is free.

Cute and cozy. Not too big of a hotel so you feel like you’re in your own world. Athletic center with indoor pool and hot tubs. Ladies at the front desk were exceptional, especially Maddy :)

Since it was offseason, the hotel was very quiet. I liked the size of the room and the sink/microwav/fridge setup. The staff was friendly and wonderful, and I appreciated the passes that allowed us to visit the athletic club in town.

The bathroom was teeny

Breakfast was a straightforward affair but fine for what we needed. The location was good for our trip. We thought that the rooms were pretty good.

The property is extremely old, the bathrooms desperately need an upgrade
