Good location few minutes from the main cities of Woodstock and Lincoln. Also very close to the starting point of hiking trails. Nice view of the inner garden. Very spacious and clean room. Room had a fridge and a microwave plus a coffee maker. Shampoo and towels were provided. Parking is located in front of the room. Overall satisfied with the place, I would consider it again.

Having some more cooking appliances would have been great.

Property was clean. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a balcony. The feeling of being in an apartment was great. It was very clean. Full size fridge, stove, microwave and coffee maker. They provide you with plates, pots and pans, forks and spoons. Outdoor pool is very nice.

The only thing that we wish it was better was the drain in the shower. The tub fills up with water while you are taking a shower. I think a little unclogging would help. Other than that no complains at all.

Someone did smoke in the room before i checked in but the rooms are smoke free Rooms are quite small and need refurbishment People smoke cigarettes on patios and the smoke is getting into the room causing unpleasant cigarette odor

pool was beautiful there was a nice large deck off the dining area with a beautiful view of the mountains plenty of room for then 4 of use it was a great value for a 2 bedroom apt. parking was plentiful and close.The staff was ready to help in anything you needed and they cleaned the apt.every day. it was super close to all local attractions.

minor issues windows and doors but for and older place it was decently remodeled. When we ate out had to do in town of Lincoln which wasn't far twenty minutes by car but no place to eat with in 10 minutes

The friendliness of the owners. The cleanliness of the room and the property in general. All the conveniences such as; location, good sized refridgerator, microwave, coffee pot, nice clean pool (even though the weather did not allow us to enjoy it). We had everything we needed and more than we expected. I would recommend the Parker's Motel for all the above reasons and more.

Very comfortable for our family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. the kitchen is also a nice feature when you are traveling with kids. The guy in the front office was nice & helpful

The water pressure in the shower is not great. Also, the facilities are a bit dated but for the price it was good value

The room was so clean and smelled good. Really comfortable bed, and a nice little deck with some chairs and a view of the mountains over the tree tops. The location is excellent and close to various 4,000 footers.

The decor is dated, but it’s also the White Mountains and this is what you get no matter where you stay.

The rooms are always clean, the bed was very comfortable and the owners are always there to help and guide us in any way they are possible. On busy traveled road for day traffic but very quiet in the evening.

The weather rarely cooperates with us when we are there. The establishment and Host/Hostess are always wonderful......the weather, none of us can control. We always enjoy our stay......on a main road but so quiet and scenic.

basic and comfortable accommodation close (short 3mi) to main street Lincoln. the bed was extraordinarily comfortable (some kind of dense “memory” foam type mattress I’m guessing. the bedding (blankets/comforter,etc) left a little bit to be desired. the heating with thermostat control seemed to be very responsive and even, so that helped on what was a very cold night. the setting was pretty fantastic, sort of nestled in the mountainside. the gentleman (proprietor?) who checked me in was friendly and helpful and unobtrusive. Great breakfast buffet at large motel next door.

nothing to complain about

The room was huge! It was a great value. The bathroom floors were nice. I liked having the little balcony. We just spent the night to do the driving tour of the Kancamangus Trail the following day. It was close to the town with shops, only a few minutes down the road.

The soap dish in the shower was cracked but not a big deal.
