Loved the location and large pool area. The room was clean and comfortable, although I would’ve liked a bedside table on both sides of the bed. The efficiency was well equipped also.

The big pool was a bit murky in colour and there was green algae on the steps. It didn’t look as if it had been cleaned properly. The food in the restaurants was good but the service and attitude of some of the staff at La Vista need improving. When making a booking I was asked my name, then I was shouted at first name only’, surely not the way to greet guests. Then we arrived we were sternly told to wait ‘ over there’ as if we naughty children trying to sneak in. The service was good the first visit but not the second, and the restaurant wasn’t busy.

The hotel was very clean. The landscaping was pristine and well maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. It had a small kitchenette, gueen bed and a sitting area with a couch and chair. The swimming pool was very clean and heated. This hotel was very clean inside and out. The lobby and grounds were gorgeous. Wish there was a breakfast option on premises. The LA Vista restaurant superb.

The Rhythm tap and grill was subpar. unfortunately... the chicken tenders were almost inedible.....would love drinks to be served by pool along with some light music.

Everyone at Riverwalk Resort were kind and friendly. The front desk staff went out of their way to walk us through where things were at the resort and answered all.our questions. We stayed here to celebrate our 3 year old son's birthday, so the kids place space was an unexpected pleasant bonus where my daughter and I were able to have a sensory-friendly birthday party for my child with Austim. We had pizza for dinner, played, and danced for a good 2 hours! Other guests who walked would join briefly and celebrate as well. We had a blast during our stay. I highly recommend for families.

The pool and hot tub areas could benefit from some upkeep, but otherwise the area was clean, and enjoyed the pool very much!

The rooms were cleanly maintained and fully stocked with branded utilities. There was fan in the room which allowed us to have the balcony doors open and enjoy the cool mountain weather.

The number of elevators are little less. Though they are spacious the wait time is quiet high and prepare to spend a lot of time during check-in/check-out. Also they do have a huge parking lot its shared by the Mall too. So we had to park in the opposite side of the hotel far away from the room.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, they made our stay outstanding. The room was so nice and clean and very spacious, the pool and jacuzzi outside were clean and had a great temp. As soon as we got in we visited the winery and the staff and wine was incredible. We visited the restaurant "La Vista" for dinner and breakfast it was so delicious and we really enjoyed it and were looking forward to going again the next day. Overall we had a great time and we cannot wait to go again.

There isn't anything in particular that we did not like, maybe that there are only ice machines in the 2nd and 4th floor that were a bit hard to find but besides that I can't really think of anything.

Service at the Italian restaurant onsite has greatly improved in both food quality and attentive staff. Food came out much faster than in past visits. The room we got was spacious with a perfectly large balcony. We were worried about the pool being too crowded with so many new rooms open but it did not feel too busy.

It would be nice if they provided fluffy comforters for the pullout beds instead of thinner blankets.

Location of the resort was in a great place with options for food, groceries and movie theatre all within the same parking lot Size of the resort was huge and had a couple of options for food

Experience at checkin was less than satisfactory especially since the rooms were not ready even at 4 pm The room was in front of an elevator shaft that kept making noise through the day and night

The staff was wonderful. We had a power outage at the hotel we were staying at. We called Riverwalk and they got us in right away because we had reservations for 4.00. The resort was beautiful everyone there were so nice. I will definitely be back.

A little pricey but worth it.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for 4. The rooms were huge and it had a fireplace and balcony. The kitchen had full size appliances and absolutely everything you need. It also had 2 tvs. The pools, hot tubs, bars, restaurants, the gym were all absolutely amazing!! Staff was friendly.

I loved everything

Good sized bedroom. Good facilities - restaurants and winery. Swimming pool and jacuzzi, decor in communal areas.

We found there was a lot of dust lying, particularly in the bathroom on the dado rails - a thick, dark dust/dirt. Also the Leda star dining table leg was dusty. Light fitting on bedside table was loose and occasionally went out on its own. Shower door etc grubby.
