The staff is excellent! South Mountain resort is kept very clean.

Not all the rooms and suites are updated the same. The layout can vary from room to room. One my recent stay I had to eat in living area on coffee table. The kitchen bar with stools were too high and the chairs were too low. Luckly, I had a bathtub to use. The shower head was mounted on ceiling in the wrong place. Too close to wall. Perhaps it was just the room I was assigned. Also, the room I stayed in was facing the back looking out at Riverwalk Hotel. There was a constant buzzing and humming like a bus was parked outside my room. I was told it was a generator from Riverwalk or the charging station for electric vehichle.

Great location. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans etc.

The sales pitch. Stayed here twice because it's a nice facility but do not like how, after check in, they send you to the concierge desk for a parking pass. Before they give the pass to you, you have to listen to all the promotional discounts you can get if you sign up for a session the next day to hear about their vacation club, aka timeshare. They were kind of pushy. Got to our room a little aggravated. Not how I want to start a rare weekend away. Probably won't go back because of it. There are plenty of lodging options in this area.

Everything was really great. The entire building was clean from top to bottom. Our room was excellent with everything we needed. The only thing was the shower in the second bathroom was a corner shower and it was tight , even for a small person. But luckily the other bathroom had a full size tub/shower.

It is a timeshare resort so they do try to get you signed up for a presentation but they were not pushy at all. The front desk salesman asked me and made some different offers but I just told him I wasn't interested in a timeshare. Never asked again.

The room was spacious and I had a spa tub in bedroom

Again, the indoor pool and hot are under repair. I was there 2 weeks prior and it was not open. I was told that it would be open the following day. So, I rebooked and pool was not working. There are many options to stay in the Lincoln area that have working pools. I think I should have gotten a price adjustment on my stay

The rooms (full kitchen plus living room, and separate bedroom, and 2 bathrooms) were large and like a condo. Beautiful and modern, and great view from our balconies. I also like the pool and spa. And there was a grocery store 3 minutes away. And we took the gondola up to Loon Mntn. nearby - that was definitely worth it!

The 2nd bed was a sleeper sofa, and it was VERY uncomfortable. It appeared to be fairly new. But I felt like I could feel coils in the mattress poking me.

We loved everything about this place and we would love to go back sometime. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The game room was awesome. Our room was spacious and clean. The view was incredible. The value is just unbelievable. Very comfortable and fun! The only issue I have is that no one told us ahead of time that the indoor pool would be closed for repair. My kids had been looking forward to it. If the room didn't have a Jacuzzi they could "swim" in, it would have been incredibly disappointing and they would have been bored.

We could hear the people above us walking around all night long. It was really noisy, but they weren't being loud and rambunctious at all. Just normal movement only in the middle of the night. Thin ceilings I guess.

Our stay was very nice. We only encountered a couple of problems with noise above one of our rooms after 10;00 and noise below one of our rooms after 10:00. But other than that our family enjoyed our 2 day stay. We requested rooms close together, we had 2 rooms. They were not able to give us 3 adjoining rooms but they did have us all on the same floor. We were close to many locations that we wanted to visit. I would definitely like to book 3 rooms in this hotel next year but would hope for them to all be in a row, as we have small grandchildren that we help out with. All and all it was a nice expereience!

A warm welcome from Donita ( hopefully I got the name correct) who sorted out a great room for us. The apartment was large with a full kitchen and bathroom with soaker tub, as well as a lounge area and large bedroom. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed ( we were aware of that prior to check in), but outpost pool was open. In a good location and close to lots of amenities.

Great facilities and very good value for money. We were worried after reading reviews about the time share sales pitch but this didn’t happen, they offered you $125 dollar voucher if you went to the sales talk, we didn’t go. We had a fantastic stay, would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms are huge and had everything we needed. I rate it higher than a three star!

Small and simple. Centrally Located.

The staff. Every time we walked through the lobby I felt like a piece of meat in a lions den for a time share sale. All set with that vibe. Trying to check in they have you get the parking pass from the sales people. Although a great sales tactic, we’re trying to check in with two kids who have been in a car for 3 hrs. Read the crowd people. You lost any hope of a sale at the moment.
