A beautiful facility with lots of amenities for a very reasonable price.

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable, and the TVSI had very limited channels and they were not smart TVS, so we could not stream movies or anything like that.

Great breakfast! coffee fresh and hot we had eggs bacon muffins fruit and a protein bar for the road. Plentiful and yummy. THANK YOU

We stayed in a handicap room .Bathroom was nice and big but with an ordinary tub and shower I can't bend my knee up so I couldn't use it but it was very clean. The room was clean but smelled like woman perfume was sprayed in it .I would prefer a fresh clean scent. The bed was comfortable pillows and linen were soft. We used the Hot tub and pool . Nice stay

We were in a Queen Suite with 4 queen size beds and 2 full bathrooms. Rooms and bathrooms were beautifully remodeled since our last visit at this resort. Free breakfast provided was excellent with lots of food and drink choices! Property, including the fish pond (fish food provided free at the front desk), was very well maintained and there were numerous games (badminton, pickleball, basketball, kids playground, cornhole, connect four, etc.) for both adults and kids to play. The property is a short drive to several tourist attraction areas in both Lincoln and No. Woodstock including Clark's Bears, Granite State Railway, Hobo Hills mini golf, Alpine Zip Lines, Lost River, etc.

Our sliding glass doors to a small outdoor patio area with a table and chairs was in a corner directly adjacent to the next room and people staying in that room were seated in front of our door smoking which caused us to keep our slider closed and the drapes pulled. To be fair, we did not complain to management prior to making note of it on check-out, but they assured us they would have spoken to the next door guests about their smoking in a non-smoking area.

There was an indoor pool and jacuzzi, there was a tennis court, volleyball net, cornhole games, tiny fire pits, and a game room (i personally didn’t like the game room). My room had a stand up shower with this amazing Bee Kind shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, and it also had a couples jetted tub which was amazing to have that privacy to relax after a long hike. They accidentally double charged me because I had prepaid on Booking.com and once they noticed the error they quickly provided me with a refund to rectify the mistake. The staff was extremely kind and well informed. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family and 100% will be staying here again.

The game room was a little outdated. (Machines not working properly and eating quarters)

Hvac had strange noises especially at night. Since all rooms have doors direct to the outside, it was drafty,especially as temps dropped. We needed our car blanket to stay warm in bed.

We arrived at 10:30pm due to a delayed flight and planned to hike early the next morning. The host at the desk was SO kind and helpful. He let us fill our daypack water bladders at the breakfast area because he knew all the gas stations were closed and we’d be heading out before they opened. Would absolutely stay here again. Family friendly. Very clean room and grounds. Beautiful pond that you can see from the breakfast room.

If I had one improvement to suggest it would be that it might be time for a new mattress in the room we stayed in.

Pub was brand new and open until 11. Hot tub in the room was amazing and the room was nice and clean. Morning hot breakfast items is a huge plus as well. Indoor pool was great as well. Woodwards has always been a great place to stay ever since I was a kid and will absolutely return multiple times a year in the future as long as they stay reasonable in room price.

Not really a dislike but a little unsettling. Leaving the pub we went by the firepit for a little while and a BEAR walked by us no more that 20ft away. We went inside after that.

Love the location, the price, and complimentary breakfast. Front desk is very personable

As someone who visits frequently I know there are better rooms than the one we got. Chipped dirty furniture, made the room feel dirtyNo regular coffee, cream or sugar. The pool area was kept in same unkempt shape our whole stay. I finally took someone else's dirty towels to bin. Removed clothes left behind, as well as abandoned pool toys. I also put furniture back. I couldn't stand looking at it. Not sure what's going on.

The sliding bathroom door with huge steel handle on it that my 3 year old daughter crushed her hand with trying to close it on the inside when it slid all the way to the frame with no stop and sandwiched her fingers between the heavy door with huge handle and the door frame. This needs to fix immediately either remove the inside bathroom handle and put a finger hole pull or put some kind of stop on it so that no one else is hurt I'm not sure if all rooms are the same or if it was just 69 but it needs attention

Enjoyable stay! I had booked one night and decided to add a second night. Recently updated rooms, comfortable bedding, serviceable shower with decent hot water. Rooms well equipped with fridge microwave, coffeemaker, large high definition LG television with a good array of cable channels. Strong wifi. Was able to do a 3 hour zoom meeting without technical glitches. Full breakfast with eggs, sausage waffles, fruit. Much better than the stale pastries in tjr too common continental breakfasts. Excellent staff - cordial and efficient. Appreciated their warmth, consideration and attention to detail. Facilities are exceptionally clean, walkways were well shoveled, On premises bar and grill with a friendly local crowd. Closed s bit early. Tip: Recommend bringing swimming gear. The (indoor) pool and jacuzzi looked inviting, but my Nordic ski clothing was not right for trying out the facilities.
